On 04/10/2024 ***** charged me 50 dollars for subscription fee. But in last year I did not have subscription for ***** service. I contact them in Dec/2024 requesting for refund but they refused saying it passed 6 months. This is like scam. I request for full refund for this.

I am unable to contact a Microsoft customer service agent to take care of an unknown charge they assessed to my account. I don't even use Microsoft services and then I got an email for a ***** charge for Microsoft 365. I tried to "chat" with them and the chat agent could not find the charge on my account. I tried complaining with my back and yet they somehow got through to a Microsoft agent that claimed the charge was not fraudulent. I have been trying to contact Microsoft and cannot locate an agent to speak with who can look into this charge for me. And btw, the 800 number attached to this business on the BBB site does not work.

I lost access to my email, ************************** That email is tied to my admin on my windows 10 laptop. I cant log in since I cant access it so I asked Microsoft support to change my email over to ********************************** providing all information needed, they refused to do the work. Told me to buy a usb and reset my computer myself. This is after I already told them I factory reset it twice. I dont have money for a usb and I dont know how to even work it into getting it on my laptop as Im pretty sure that violates my warrenty with ******. So as I said, Microsoft is refusing to let me log into my own pc.
