On July 27th 2023 I Purchase a ************ phone. I was charged $200.11. Few days later I check my account and there was 2 charges for $220.11 from a place I didn't recognize so I filed a dispute for unauthorized charges. The dispute was denied because it was pen key transactions. A few days after that, I found the receipt and I realized what those charges were for though I was double charged.I filed another. Dispute with my bank. They deny that because I had already been deny on the previous dispute and they said they couldn't reopen. They told me to contact the merchant. I went to the store presented the receipt and the email that my bank sent me. I told them I was double charged. The lady there said. I needed to open up a claim with my bank which I had already done and I had provided her the email she kept on saying she would not do anything about it until I opened up a dispute with my bank. She refused to help me in any type of way. And I don't know what else to do. All I want is a reverse charge on one of the $220. The 2 charges were less than a minute apart. I have provided a copy of the receipts and the email from my bank. Please help me to recover my money. And I don't know, maybe get the manager lady. To be more respectful.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/07/2023

    Hello.

Respond about complain that I received. I do not charge customer twice for the service that he purchased.  I attached report from my merchant services account. On 07/27/23 I had in my store total 2 card transactions of total amount of $274.11. That is showing that customer was not charged twice of amount $220.11 because if was charge twice my report for that day would have to be at least with amount of $440.22 which clearly it is not. Not really sure where is the potential issue but I can assure that customer was only charged one time in my store.

    Sincerely
