  I ordered an exercise machine online from Upcentral site. I never received machine. When I tracked it it said it would come on a Monday and I was home and it never came. When i tracked it that day it said problem with delivery no access to building returned to sender which is a lie. I live in a house not a building and the house has full access to any delivery personnel to knock on my door or leave at the front porch or in front of my door like all the delivery guys do with no problem. I live in a safe neighborhood no body steals packages here. Fast forward a couple hours I tracked the package again it said delivered after it was saying no access so now Im confused asking my neighbors if they saw any body delivering a package or if they are holding a package for me everybody said no. I proceeded to email the company because there phone number doesnt work it tells you to email them instead and hangs up. I told them the problem and they kept saying they need to investigate the situation and will get back to me. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME I was the one that always emailed them asking for a a update this happened multiple times and until the final time they tell me they completed there investigation and saw it was delivered and can only offer me a 25% refund not a full one. I told them plenty of times I would like the machine or a full refund because nothing was delivered this is some kind of scam if I was delivered like they say it was we wouldnt be having a issue I would be content with my order. The bottom line is I believe I bought into a scam I was told companies are do this and saying they delivered and staying with the customers money I dont know if thats what they are doing but it sure feels like it and I want a full refund or my order properly delivered. CN you please help I will attach all email conversations I had with them . And you will see they never contact me with an update is this the behavior of a company trying to help or scam customers?

  It sounds like youre trying to reach *******************************, which is a completely separate and unrelated company. They have nothing to do with us.
  Unfortunately, this kind of confusion happens often because UPCENTRALSTORE is using a name similar to ours.
  We have no control over them, and weve already issued a cease and desist demanding they stop using our registered trademark, UpCentral.
