I bought a timeshare with Wyndham that cost me over $50,000 because my salesperson told me I would be guaranteed reservations at ****** ***** resort in ****** with my family anytime I want with no restrictions. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE!! I tried to book a 2 bedroom on five different attempts for anytime is June, July, or August and was told each time there is no availability for two years. I received a call from this company, I explained what happened to me, i signed a contract with them to get me out, I was out of my ******* within one year. The lawyers were able to get my $10,000 down payment returned to my ******** credit card. If you’re considering this company, DO IT, they will get the job done.American Resort Services, LLC

To who it may concern, I purchased a timeshare three years ago and each time I used it they made me attend an update presentation. They forced me to upgrade my timeshare two additional times and they lied to me each time, which put me in a financial mess.
I want to thank everyone at this company who participated in cancelling my timeshare contract. I will never buy a timeshare again. I’m really happy I get to live a stress free life now.

From start to finish this company did exactly what they promised to get me out of my timeshare contract. I owed Hilton Vacations over $75,000 in timeshare debt, and I am now released from the timeshare and the debt. I became very ill and could no longer travel. My kids did not want to inherit the timeshare or the debt. The legal team kept me informed on a monthly basis of the progress to get me out. I am very happy and very satisfied. I highly recommend using this company if you need to get out of a timeshare. They are 100% legit.American Resort Services, LLC

Extremely satisfied. Very detail oriented while explaining the initial process. Paul ***** was our person to talk with he would follow up with phone calls on monthly information of the status and current standing .All questions that we had were answered quickly and very simple process .
