  Travel is expensive, we know, but prepare yourself for a $52.10 NIGHTLY “resort fee” to be added to your Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas stay. This practice is becoming the norm but for more than internet and gym. We had 7 couples fly in for a once in a lifetime memory, my husband’s 60th. Although we arrived an hour early we were denied rooms even on the same floor. The clerk was rude and DID NOT CARE.
  Room 2694 was hot, had a terrible view, smelled musty, as if they had used a cheap “Carpet Fresh” and my sock got wet when I walked around the room!
  I went down to request a new room and found a couple of our friends doing the same since room 5190 was hot and musty/mildewy as well.
  The wife explained she had an autoimmune disease/ asthma, but was denied a change. They were treated rudely, but were granted a maintenance check and WHAT A SURPRISE THEY WOULD FIND! The filter was loaded with dust and the wall was moldy! STILL, the manager refused them a new room. Another manager next day granted them a room change, but our friend had residual asthmatic symptoms during the remainder of our stay.
  Guests talk and we learned some guests were quoted 30, 50, and $70 for the same loungers by the adult pool. Also, instead of a full sized mirror on the wall, we had a full size picture of a young man about 20 years old, in a sexy pose, much like a heartthrob poster. Please?!
  This is bare bones Motel 6, in which you get shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a fridge, and a safe. Remember, the additional $52.10 RESORT fee you’re paying EVERY night? That gets you access to the fitness center and internet access. There aren’t even coffee makers in the rooms! Resort fees have garnished us a personal butler, turn down service, essential oils for the jacuzzi in our room, robes and slippers for each of us, coffee, free coffee downstairs, AND internet, WiFi. “Resort fees“ should have some merit. So what is that fee getting us? In this hotel, it cannot even guarantee clean breathing air!

  We were there from 2/9/2024 to 2/1213/2024. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the whole hallway smelled like smoke, which came into our room. One day we never had the roomed cleaned and when I mean cleaned, all they did was make the bed and bring new towels. Everything was caked in dust, they shower never drained, trash was not emptied. We had to call to get clean towels even though we ask the individuals cleaning the room across from ours. The employees were all super nice but the cleanliest was by far POOR!!! We were in room 671 and the air vents were caked in dirt and build up. For paying a lot of money to stay there, you think you would get better service. The furniture was falling apart and now I understand why there is a lack of lighting due to all of the dust and lack of cleaning. I wish I could attach all of the pictures. I also would love to post a review on their site but there is nowhere to do it.

  I’m currently staying at planet Hollywood from the 07.03.2023 until 11.03.2023 we have been in this hotel for 3 days now and never had our bed changed, no clean towels and the trash is filled up and lying all next to the trash can there is been no toilet roll added and we have called three times to ask for someone to clean our room and no one has been near, absolutely disgusting and shocked this is the way a hotel is being run
