    I was stranded in ******* ******* on Saturday, August 12th at 6pm. I called for a tow back to ***** and was dispatched with A &L towing contracted by Mercury. I was 108 miles away from home and was scared and desperate to get home ******* told me it would be an hour and 30 minutes for the provider to reach me! It was already dark on a back street where businesses were closed and people walking around from the homeless shelter. My phone's were both dying and car wouldn't start to be able to charge them plus my window were rolled down and people kept looking at my car to either loot or break in. I called A&L towing at 8pm and they had an attitude and said the driver was on the way, when I asked how far he was I was told to stop asking he would get there when he does it will be another hour and a half! I called ******* and asked to get a location on the driver and they said they canceled it due to the tow truck breaking down which I know is a lie due to the fact that a pre trip inspection needing to be done every day and every so many miles of operation. So they just wanted to leave me there and caused me major emotional fires and I had to call the local police to wait with me for another company to come but the police had to leave for more important calls. I want to see the the tow record for their tow truck getting towed and also what company they used to get it towed and the cost and the location it was towed from! I'm also going to file in small claims with all the recordings I have from how they operate and calls reaching out in desperation to the police and the police body cam footage of how scared I was and the fear I was experiencing along with the Mercury dispatchers. I deserve an explanation, apology and reimbursement....I could of called another company and provider soon as I got there if I knew I was going to be disrespected and treated like less than a human.

    Good afternoon.  On the day for the service for a customer called third party NSD to go help her in ******** *******, we have some problems mechanical issue with my truck, busted radiator hose, on the way to help her, and Im really sorry we cannot be able to make it there for the young lady. I apologize about this trouble for our truck, and for the customer, the one she broke down.

    They said they would take my car to their shop and have it fixed! They failed to complete that verbal contract. I was not in ******** I was in *******. I waited for 3 hours! I also received a lot of attitude from the person on the phone saying he couldnt locate the truck that was in route but was on the way. The phone calls were recorded by Mercury insurance
