    January 17, 2024 Total $84.98 USD Package was apparently delivered on June 2nd, 2024. The **** driver admitted to leaving it out on a busy street in front of my Apartment Building for anyone to just take. The package was sent out by *** then transferred to ****. I tried to file missing packages with **** and *** but they both won't let me. I contacted the company that I purchased these items from and they still won't give me a refund. It's been over a month without a resolution.

    To whom it may concern,

     

    We have attempted to provide this customer with the outlets necessary to file for a missing package with the postal services involved. Our records show that the item was indeed delivered. As much as we would love to ensure without a shadow of a doubt that each item ordered from us arrives safely and in perfect condition to each and every one of our customers, we cannot control what happens to the item once it leaves our facility. Attached below is the tracking number that states that not only was it delivered but it was delivered at the front door of the customers residence.

    I am rejecting this response because: I live in an Apartment building, the **** driver left the package outside on a busy street and was stolen. **** and *** both would not let me file complaints on this matter because the company did not purchase insurance on this shipment. The company has continued to disregard my attempts for a solution and have told me oh well not our problem.

    At no point in the email correspondence have we said "oh well not our problem". We have attempted to provide as much support with this issue in regards to contacting the postal service as we could. We have attempted to file claims as well but have been met with the same complications. We unfortunately have absolutely no control over how the postal service driver handles or mishandles the items they are delivering. We safely package each and every order that we send out to ensure it arrives safely to the best of our ability. As much as we would like to control every single step of the delivery process of items ordered from us, it is impossible.
