    It seems that one of the casualties of the Covid-19 pandemic was good customer service. No longer does a company worry about customer-centric service. It's all about profit above all else now.
    Admittedly, Coursiv may not have violated any of their established refund policies, but sometimes considerations should be made. I signed up for a $19.99 trial, but never completed my registration. I never accessed their website and did not receive any benefit from their services.
    Unfortunately, I didn't realize I was being charged $39.99 monthly for the past 6 months ($239.94). I received two emails requesting that I complete my registration, which I ignored because I had decided against continuing with the company.
    I never received a notice of "end of trial" of any other sort of communication from Coursiv.
    On June 29, 2024, I realized that I was paying the monthly subscription fee and requested cancellation. Coursiv did cancel my subscription promptly. But when I requested a refund. I was advised, "based on our Refund Policy, we are unable to process a refund as per your request since you do not meet all the eligibility criteria outlined in the policy." No refund at all. No contact. No further discussion. Profits over people (my words not theirs).
    The pursuit of money has replaced the pursuit of happiness.
