    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Prosperi, a company that has refused to refund unauthorized charges made on my account. On August 19, 2024, I contacted Prosperi after noticing several suspicious charges on my ****** account. Upon investigating, I discovered that my teenage stepdaughter had created an account with ********************, mistakenly believing she could earn money as advertised on their TikTok videos. She never used the site or even logged in after creating the account.Despite these facts, Prosperi has refused to refund the funds associated with these charges. I have been in contact with the company via email but have been unable to resolve the issue.     This is a scam! I tried tried tried to log in to their website! They purposely make it difficult! I kept changing pass word so many times and nothing worked! They only refunded half of my money and I want it all entire amount refunded!! They are not creditable!

    I was charged ***** for services that I did not request or agree to receive. I paid for one week of services, and the subscription charges were not clear. I attempted to work with the company for a refund, but they maintain I agreed to the subscription. There is no working phone number to call for any resolution. I feel their practices are deceptive and rely on profiting off of unsuspecting people who think they are paying for a short term subscription.

    Purchased their program today, as soon as it took my payment it directed me to download the app for my phone. I did as directed. Once i logged into the app on my phone, it would not acknowledge the account i had just created and paid for, and therefor does not work at all. i have been emailing back and forth with support all evening telling them clearly with screen shots that it does not work on my phone. (an iPhone 15) and showed screen shots of multiple people per comments that are having the same issue. all they did was unsubscribe me from future charger (that i never agreed to) but refuse to refund my inital fee as it is against their policy.

    Going into the business you are told to believe that you pay $20.00 to get started on trading on the real market. I can understand that if they start out with small trades for the twenty, but this is not the intention. You have to pass a book containing 6 chapters about things all Americans learn in any math class. After chapter 1 you have to literally open a brokerage account with a broker and spend more money to invest. They fail to explain this when you sign up. They then will not refund the $19.99 after you already find out this information from spending approximately 3 hours online with them. They are false advertising with their FB ads by telling people to invest only $20 and you can start earning $1000 of dollars. No you dont. Its an entire of model just to take your money and then leave you with a brokerage who takes more money. The photo below is what comes up after you have already spent the money and then realize you have to find a broker. 3 hours later.

    Ordered prosperi academy course. Started the course realized it was nothing that was promoted. I did the first 2 classes and found out it was completely false what they were offering. I requested a cancellation emmdiatly which has not been honored. Then I checked and found out many other people have tried canceling and that prosperi makes it impossible to do. Which is why my only recourse is the better business beauru

    Dear Customer Service,On 7/2/24 I signed on line for some Prosperi Academy Services, but it got confusing and they started adding more services. Therefore I decided to cancel I believe within 30 to 45 minutes all their services, I contacted them and requested a full refund and cancel everything. They replied saying they will review and process my request. But, all I received was a refund for half on one of the charges even after they did send a mesage (after I informed them that I will report them to the BBB) stating that they will process a full refund, but they did not. The amounts that I been charged in dispute are $49.99, $15, $39.99. I paid their service with Paypal which is linked to my Apple Pay MasterCard. I truthly believe that Prosperi is taking advantage of people who gets confused when signing for their service/s. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Kindest rgards

    I was told this was a one time charge of $20 for a month, never did they advertise that it is a subscription, that will be charged automatically without announcing their charge. I tried getting a refund and they refused. If I was to go anywhere and take money from any business, I would get prosecuted legally. This is fraud at it's finest and don't recommend getting involved with these thieves. I wish they would reach out to me over the phone, but cowards that they are, hide their phone number on their page. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!
