I've been with this company a year and a half I got a few more months to go and my lease truck is paid off and I own it out right.
This company helps you with everything from repairs fuel card you never have to worry about anything all you got to do is pick up drop off and drive.

Scam artists and unethical employers exploit their employees shamelessly, stealing from them every single day. They impose misleading insurance charges and a 15% dispatch fee on company drivers. Drivers are lured in with false promises of earning 30% of the load, only to be forced to sign a form just minutes before their first job, which states they will actually receive only 15% of the load. This level of deception is completely unacceptable and must be exposed.
The owner shows utter disrespect for all employees, behaving as if he has a God complex or a serious chip on his shoulder. From day one, he uses intimidation and threats—it's absurd. His lease-to-own program is a trap that leaves employees struggling to make ends meet after he takes his cut. If your truck needs maintenance, be prepared for issues. Recently, I've heard that he forces employees to go through his new company, Techcare, and then hits them with quadrupled charges for parts and labor, while also taking parts for his newly established truck chop shop in Pahrump.
This company operates under the belief that rules don’t apply to them, so proceed with caution. Their goal is to work you to exhaustion, have you lease-to-own one of his trucks, and impose a huge down payment. On top of that, he takes 89% of every check for the truck and whatever extra charges they decide to impose each week—these charges seem to change frequently and are often made up. Asking for proof of these charges will land you on the "do not question" list. They enjoy stealing from their employees and show no tolerance for inquiries about where the money is actually going. The owner imposes unreasonable conditions and long hours. His entire motive appears to be getting you to quit just before you could fully own the truck, effectively ensuring you’ve bought the truck for him.

     Hi, Miss Maria ****** (************@gmail.com),

We are reaching out to directly address your recent review. While we appreciate all feedback, it's crucial to set the record straight: your comments are inaccurate. We have never had any association with you, which makes this review unfounded. The figures and percentages mentioned are simply not true and do not reflect the reality of our operations.

At Bulltrans, we take immense pride in being one of the most transparent companies in the USA. Many individuals we've worked with can confidently confirm our credibility. We have a proven track record of helping numerous people achieve their dreams of becoming owner-operators while taking excellent care of our partners and employees. This commitment is central to our success.

We want to be extremely clear: we do not tolerate drivers with  unsafe driving behaviors that endanger public safety. Additionally, we will not continue a lease agreement if a contractor quits working and fails to make payments on the lease purchase unit for more than two months. These are strict rules that everyone must follow.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I want to share with you my terrible experience with the so-called "BULLTRANS" Las Vegas Nevada MC1007726 DOT3220393 or "CLOCKFREIGHT LLC DBA BULLTRANS". First he makes you an offer to buy a truck through his company, and you pay 20% deposit + sales tax and registration, promising you that he has drivers who can drive a truck and he will also guarantee to be your Carrier. Then it turns out that there are no drivers or if I find one, he calls him and steals it from me to fill his trucks. Then a delay begins that there are no loads and prices and so you wait another 2 months. After which delayed payments and insurance accumulate and then they/he takes the truck. This trick is to pay him everything for the truck, even the repairs, and so he gets a new truck on your back for which he didn't pay a cent like many Bulgarian truck companies. This company is one of the worst in all of America.

      Mr. *********,
    Thank you for your review.

You started working with us back in April 2024, handling regional contracts with two of your trucks, along with another driver. In July, you decided to acquire a third truck through our lease purchase program—a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia. After adding this truck, you chose to step down from driving. We assigned drivers for all of your trucks, which is usually not our responsibility.

We have kept your trucks busy at all times. We pride ourselves on our transparent and open policy, where we share all contracts and rates with our partners. We deduct only 10% from the contracted rate, while the fuel surcharge is paid in full to the contractors, as you are aware.
Over six and a half months, you grossed $315,395.01. We both have the statements to verify this.

Unfortunately, we lost our regional contract and had to transition to over-the-road (OTR) operations. As a result, we lost many drivers and contractors who preferred regional work. At the beginning of October, you removed your two trucks from our company along with the drivers we had found for you. We tried several different drivers for your OTR operations, but you offered two who did not meet our insurance and safety requirements. This situation persisted until December 3rd, which was the last day your efforts—primarily your wife's—were invested in this business collaboration. We appreciate the effort, but when the truck is not on the road, it incurs substantial monthly costs.

The unit was parked for a month. The registration, insurance, and IFTA for your last quarter for all three trucks, along with the monthly payments for December and January, amounted to just over $10,000, which we covered. Please remember that these are your expenses, and if you are dealing with any financial institutions, they may negatively impact you and  your credit.
We want to remind you that BULLTRANS is not a non-profit organization; we also have families to support and work for a living.

When we recovered the abandoned truck at the end of January, we found a missing fridge and a tablet for the ELD. Additionally, we discovered a leaking water pump and a stuck AC compressor pulley, with repairs estimated at over $3,600.
We acknowledge that you have done repairs and spent money on the truck as well, but that is the nature of this business. If you cannot overcome these challenges, failure becomes inevitable.
Somehow, you lost motivation for this business and never reached out to us to discuss the situation. Your wife was the primary point of contact with BULLTRANS, not you. When you let go of the steering wheel of your business, it tends to veer off course, and at some point, it may crash. You cannot blame others for this; it is ultimately your responsibility. There were other owner-operators in similar situations who managed to get back on their feet and continue working while paying off their trucks. The difference is that they were actively driving their trucks. That is the main purpose of our lease purchase program—it is designed for drivers.

The last thing we want to do is terminate your lease agreement, but you have left us with no choice. The truck has been parked since then, and we have to account for depreciation along with the amounts owed for payments and insurance. The total is $23000 and is subject to change each month. You are welcome to rejoin the program at any time if you pay that amount.
We wish you health and prosperity.
    Respectfully,
    George Zhelyazko
