We are extremely frustrated with the Las Vegas vacation club and all its false promises. When I initially bought the Vegas package and we finally were able to schedule it over this past Labor Day weekend I was promised free show tickets to the *********, the free airfare/two night stay and other things. We had our sales call virtually before our trip and were talked into joining this club and promised a room upgrade and a free ******* cruise. When we arrived at ********* we had a room in the old motel part of ********* that hadn't been updated since ****. We had to pay out of pocket to upgrade to a decent room. Then there was no package of tickets or anything waiting for us like was promised. I finally had to make a few calls and am told it will be there on Saturday. Saturday we get our tickets and the show tickets were for some lame magic show at Strat not the *********. The "free round trip airfare and two nights stay" has a catch of $50 processing fee and then $199 per person to fly halfway across ************* which we can buy for less on our own! Then nothing about our Bahama cruise and I've emailed multiple times to people and gotten no answers. Obviously if we had known how much of a scam this was beforehand, which I'm sure is the reason its all set up this way , we would have never joined. They only give you 3 days for refund in their contract because you won't have seen any of this until you have your first trip which was two weeks later.I'm requesting refund of my full amount for this vacation club membership which was $300 down (already charged) and then $100/month with a total equaling $900. I emailed the company almost 2 weeks ago directly and have gotten zero response. They falsely advertise what you're going to receive and tell you about all the free stuff on top of the membership and its all just a scam to get you to purchase.

I purchased a vacation package from LVVC on 5/19/22. on 6/16/22 LVVC informed me that the hotel had an increase in rates and i had to pay $66 more to keep the reservation. Our trip pricing was based on us going to a 90 min presentation at a hotel on 7/25. We went to the 90 min presentation at embassy suites and found out that we werent sent to the correct presentation. They had me fill out a discrepency form and told me i had to try and get LVVC to reimburse me for ALL the gifts promised to me at the time of purchase. I called LVVC immediately and left multiple voicemails to try and settle the dispute. On 8/3/22 a week after our vacation , without a call or email, I was charged $256.86. I immediately called again and asked what this charge is. After waiting for a call back they told me its because we didnt go to the presentation. I told them again i wasnt sent to the correct presenation and this is all their fault and I dont owe them any $$ when in fact they owe me gift certs, travel cert, restaurant vouchers and casino gambling $ I had to finally file a dispute with my CC company to try and recoup the $256.86 unapproved fraudulent charge.
