They promise the world but deliver very little and have you in a never ending yearly fee. We were told you only pay for the years you use it but that was a lie. The membership is sold by a third party so the company can say it was not them. Plus you initial lots of notes which one of them says only written membership rules apply so any lies you were told don't matter.
The service is not good. The last time we tried to use the service was in 2022. The cruise needed booked by a certain day and April did not get us what was needed to book it. We ended up booking it direct with Royal Caribbean on the final day of the reduced rate. We had plenty of other issues as well over the few years since being scammed. And when you call member services, any little thing will be use to hang up rather than talk through the issues.

This was the worst experience ever. The agency where we signed up was put out of business. We booked two cruises then never saw a brochure or trip offering. After receiving multiple annoyances and phone calls from different states, we received an IRS notice of debt.
They are the RUDEST most unprofessional agents ever.
We paid and are cancelled...our mistake.

Never do business with this company. The promised services are not any better-and often more restrictive-than online deals. We have not used any services but are harrsssed for payments. We were promised at sales we could cancel at any time-not true. No one could travel during Covid, yet those years are included in our supposed separation agreement. It is a scam, pure and simple.

Member(s) need to review their contract paperwork that they signed, member(s) signed and agreed to all terms and conditions pertaining to the membership. All travel benefits are listed in the contract paperwork, member(s) only placed 2 travel request and booked 1 out of 2 requests. Member(s) stating it was not useful is invalid as they did utilize the services. Member(s) debt is owing prior to COVID and it should have been resolved at that time. We are here to help member(s) settle account, they simply need to contact us to workout a settlement agreement.

This is a total scam organization. After paying $5,993 we have unable to receive any true benefits as promised. In fact, the agent who signed us up stated if we did not receive benefits in the amount we paid, he would have our money refunded. Over the years, since 2016 I have received both written and email correspondence from a representative of Matrix Travel about past due annual fees. I did on one occassion sent an email stating I wanted to cancel my membership and in subsquent message restated my desire to cancel my membership. However, Matrix just kept billing me for annual membership fees. As of this date (3-30-23) they have offered to release me from the contract if I pay them $1,357 and relinquish any rights to receive any of my original membership payment of $5,993.

National Travel Network Vacations invited my wife, ****, and I to a vacation presentation in June, ******************************** ****************, **. There were approximately 10 couples in attendance for the presentation. There were three or four representative from National Travel Network. The presentation lasted about 90 minutes, and was very impressive. When the presentation was over, the representatives passed out forms for the attendees to join the club. There was an on the spot fee of $5,000 to join. **** and I were a little reluctant to join because of the one time fee and the amount of the fee. However, I had just retired the year before and thought we should enjoy our retirement and joined the club. They offered one time free airline tickets and said they could beat any other travel clubs price as an enticement. We were told there was also a $200 annual fee which was to be paid every year, unless we did not use the service the prior year. We paid the fee the following year due to repeated invoices sent to us. By 2019 my wife and I both started to develop health issues so we cancelled the membership, or so we thought. I called their 800 number, and spoke to an agent to cancel the membership. We did not use the free airlines tickets that were available to us.Between the time that I cancelled the membership and 2022, we would receive an occasional email about travel offerings from the club. We also received a letter via **** stating we were not fulfilling our obligations. I spoke with ******* a couple times over the summer, but have been unable to resolve the dispute. The club is insisting that I pay a $1,000 fee before they will cancel my membership. I think I have already spent enough money for nothing gained.
