    On 11/23/2021 i bought a vacation package through Royal Destinations *********. I was online as I was talking to them and they seem legit. the cost was $419. there is no longer a web site, ************ is ************... no call back email I have is ************************* sent request for contact with no response.I have contacted my credit card company, Chase, and before i could say very much... she said... ******************...they were very aware of them. Monday I will file a charge/fraudulent with them and I might get my money back. its been l 1/2 years... but... with the package I had 3 yrs to book it... so not unreasonable that I am just finding out they no longer exist. will email my receipt if requested

    I purchased a package for 3 nights in ********* for $419, on 4/19/2022. I was not able to travel last year, and when I went to schedule my vacation, the phone number didn't work. I was the same number that is on the web site. I have contacted via email with no response. Guessing this is a scam.

    I was contacted by this company claiming to a Hilton Honors Representative and sold me a vacation package for $419 on 8/10/22. I contacted ****** Honors to book and found out this vacation package did not exist. I went back to my credit card statement and saw this company that charged my card Royal Destructions and not Hilton! That is fraud!

    We were promised that the days we wanted to stay at a specific hotel were available and there would be no problem getting these dates. When we went to book our vacation in the area we wanted, they required additional fees. Which made it considerably more expensive and counter to what was agreed upon. We called to clarify and the man said it was in the information they sent us after we had made the purchase. The company also stated that we had seven days to receive our money back if we were not satisfied. They told us to contact our credit card and stop payment and that they would not help. The cost was $419

    I purchased a vacation package from the company and was told I would be able to stay at resorts such as ***, Cesears and around 20 other resorts in *********. When I went to reserve my room for vacation I was not told those hotels were an up charge and only offered hotels such as *****, ********* and other less expensive resorts. After speaking with booking company I called main business number back, spoke with **, she apologized about incorrect information and said a check would be issued and money refunded. She was apologetic and helpful. After 2.5 weeks I hadn't received a check and called and spoke to lady who confirmed my call on August 15th, check was in process and should have it by September 6th. I called today September 12th because I still do not have a check and **** told me AK and the other other were wrong and I wouldn't be getting refund. He argued and said he didn't know why they said that but I wouldn't be getting anything and not willing help. I asked to speak to manager and he said there isn't anyone above him but he said he isn't the owner. I would like a refund for not receiving what I was told I was purchasing and now the inconsistent information from multiple employees. **** didn't seemed bothered by the incorrect information given and made excuses for events that weren't occurring while we were trying to book our room.

    I purchased a vacation package for $399 and called to schedule. At one point someone did answer and said I would get a call back with booking information. No call back, and when I attempt to call now there is no answer.
