    11/8/24- listened to sales pitch, signed up for their "concierge" membership travel service, $4995. It was supposed to include an all inclusive trip to ******** and a condo week. The following week I had a phone call to review their travel site. I subsequently called the "concierge" and requested information about these trips and price for a car rental. I was told to call the phone number I was given about the trips, which I was not given. They gave me a "price" for a car rental but could not include fees, taxes (ie no complete price) and told me to call the car rental company to get that information. I then called the office in Las Vegas on 11/27/2024. After multiple attempts I talked to *******. I asked for my money back. She said "******" would call me back that day, which never happened. Multiple more phone calls, reached ******* after a week of trying. She said my money would be refunded. Did not happen. 12/7/24 phone call from someone (****?), bad connection. Song and dance about can't give me money back, no information about the trip to ******** or condo. Have been stonewalled, phone calls ignored for past 2 days. Nonexistent customer service, stone *******, not provided service or information on how to access the trips.
