    Nothing in paperwork regarding automatic annual renewal and being charged extra $100 for collection. Never received any services and could not access website. I am contesting this charge.

    VOA Response to BBB Complaint – Member: Cynthia *******  
    We appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide full transparency regarding this matter.
    Upon review of the member’s account, we can confirm that an email was received from them on June 17th, inquiring about their annual renewal payment. Our team promptly responded with a detailed summary of all engagement and services provided throughout the past year. In that same email, we also attached a copy of the clearly signed Terms and Conditions, which outline the following:
    *Annual renewal terms
    * Instructions for cancellation (requiring written notice 60 days in advance)
    * Notice of a $100 late fee for delinquent accounts
    * That accounts unpaid beyond a reasonable period may be referred to collections
    We have made every effort to resolve this matter professionally and fairly. On June 17th, our email to the member also extended a courtesy offer:
    If the member chose to pay the original annual renewal fee, we would waive the $100 late fee and, additionally, provide one extra year of service at no cost to help them receive the full value of their AMS ESCAPES membership.
    We would like to reiterate that we are more than happy to provide the signed agreement, as well as transcripts of our communications, here on the Better Business Bureau platform to maintain full transparency.
    We remain committed to resolving this in good faith and ensuring the member receives the value of their membership as originally agreed.

    Our first time booking a vacation with VOA, assisted by Ethan Walker, went extremely smooth and hassle free! We’re so delighted to have such a great company and travel assist to book our vacation to Punta Cana.
