On the third of June 2022 I called Walt's tree service and asked if they could come out and trim my palm trees. They came out Tuesday morning the following week 7:00 a.m.. Lance had me walk around the property and show him what trees I want to trimmed. His worker showed up. He took him around my property and showed him what trees I want to trimmed. He told me the guy's been with him for 10 years he trained himself and he was excellent. After the worker started working last asked me to write him a check for $575. I did because I've used a service before and I've had no issues or problems. The guy cut the trees in the front then move to the back cut the trees and back dropping all kinds of debris in my pool. He went out front and started cleaning up. My pool started turning green within 10 minutes I went out and told him and he came back and finished cleaning the backyard. Lance told me the Franz were going to fall on the grass and not in the pool. After an hour or so he was done and asked me if I had paid Lance. I didn't answer his question. After he left I went outside to inspect the job and noticed it wasn't complete. Lots of friends that were cut but we're still in the tree and hanging. I called and she answered and I told her she said to email pictures I did. Their check cleared the bank on June 7th and I've yet to hear back. I just want the job completed.
