    My son was being deployed to Japan and I paid Anytime Inc. 1198.00 to transport his vehicle to Birmingham, Alabama on September 4th,2024. We received a call informing that the vehicle used to transport was broken down. He informed my son and I twice that the payment would be returned to my card. I was informed that the payment was submitted and to allow 3-5 business days I was told this twice, on September 4th and on September 14th, 2024 This hasn't occurred. I left a message on the Customer Service voice mail that I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back from them. I feel like I'm getting the run around. They were paid on August 7, 2024.with the transport for September 4th and today is September 19, 2024 and no refund has been issued.

    These transport companies use owner operators such as ourselves to transport customer vehicles. After we did our part, for Anytime, they never paid us. We’ve sent countless emails. Their description says COD, pay Fridays. When in reality they say they pay after 30 business days. It has in fact been longer than 30 business days from when we sent them the BOLs. We still haven’t received payment. No correspondence, and when a guy does answer he is rude and obnoxious. In all of our years of transporting vehicles we have never worked with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. This is so unfair to all the owner operators that get scammed by this company.

    Oh, how I wished I had read these reviews before I booked. Do NOT use this company. (If I was allowed to give a zero star rating I would.) This has been nothing but stress in dealing with them. In March 2024 I paid in full to ship our car from CA to TX. I paid $998 to have the car shipped on May 27, or 28th. I was told I would be contacted the day before for the pick up time. On May 28th, I finally was able to reach someone and they told be the car carrier broke down and they were not sure how long it would take to get it on anther carrier. On May 30th, I fortunately found another reliable company to complete my car shipment. Anytime Inc. told me since they were unable to complete the car shipment they would refund my money to my form of payment. I received an email on May 30 that said "cancelled". Since then I have called and emailed every day to speak with someone about reimbursement. I am now at Day 9 and have received NO calls/emails. When I call the booking line (the only person who actually answers the phone) he tells me that is a different department and he can't help me. I beg to have someone listen to my messages or respond to my emails and he assures me that will happen. Now when I call he tells me he cannot help me, and I am holding up the line and has hung up on me several times. I guess my next course of action is a legal one as I will not let this company take my $998 for doing absolutely nothing.

    I was cheated by this company. Once I paid them, the customer service neither pick up the call nor respond to the call.
    I was looking for a transport company to transport my Tesla-X from ramsey, NJ to Tesla Dealership in Glen Allen, VA. The Anytime, Inc called me 03/31/2024 and told me that they can pick up my vehicle tomorrow, April 1, 2024 Therefore I paid in advance $598 for the vehicle transport. They did not pick up my vehicle. When I called the booking number, the person was very rude and asked me”why are you calling me, call the customer service”. I called the customer service many many times for 10 days till April 10th, they will neither pick up my call nor they will return my call.
    Finally on April 11th, I had to call another company to move my vehicle.
    This has been two months, the company did not return my money yet and they don’t pick up the call. I have been deceived by this company.

    Run! scammers!!! They let my car sit in Vegas 2 weeks with no explanation of why it was not getting shipped. I left 30 messages on email and customer service. Sleepless nights. Finally called my bank and did a fraud refund. Today I called another shipping company ****** with a 10 star review. Before I got off the phone they had a driver scheduled to pick up car and deliver over a long weekend to Maryland across country! Those people at AAA Anytime should be locked up for the scam they are running. Most customers don't have the time to follow up unfortunately. Sorry thing is I had shipped with them before and it went smooth a few years ago. It is soo so bad now there!!!!!!. Not worth the dice roll--- for even a little break on the price. The serivce they say they are providing isn't even happening and once they get your money they won't talk to you. RUN as far as you can from them. Lots of great shipping companies out there!!

    They are only getting 1 star rating for me because they offered me a refund of $998.00. Overall experience was terrible. This is the first time I needed to ship my car since I am in the process of moving. Anytime reached out to me and the bookers seemed very kind and knowledgeable. After the booking was completed, they wanted nothing to do with me, every time I called regarding my reservation, they had me call customer service, which was awful. When I called the customer service line, it would send me directly to voicemail. They only called me back twice and not on the same day even though I called multiple times because the date I was told my car would be picked up, no one contacted me. When I called the booking line to ask if there was any other number I can call, they would hang up on me. I have the exact times I have called them and the conversation I had with them when they gave me the chance to talk. When customer service called me back, the guy was very sarcastic and rude. He did not let me finish talking before he hung up and when I called back i was sent to voicemail. This company does not allow cancellations for a refund, you could only reschedule a pick up time. When they found out the trucks were having issues and couldnt make it to get my car, they offered a refund which i gladly accepted because this company did not make me feel at all at ease.

    Trash complete TRASH! In short, pick up was supposed to occur in June 2022 however it did not. This company charged my card and then had the audacity to call me the day of PICK-UP that they can no longer complete the job. I called the male employee and female employee to get my refund back because clearly it was an issue on their end. I did not cancel my transportation whatsoever. Both employees gave me attitude like it was my fault when clearly they were at fault. I think after the 10th call that day, I wore them out and they claimed they will return the money. I have not seen this back on my card and basically lost $1300 to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

    This is the worst company on the face of the earth...DO NOT give your hard earned money over to these LIARS....They are brokers, but they say they own their own trucks and give you an exact pickup date when you sign their contract...LIES. They post it on the brokers board like everbody else and have no idea when or if it will ever be picked up. I found this out completely by chance as someone I know who has access to the board sent my a screenshot of my car shipment being listed an hour after I signed their contract! They also say they are part of AAA, yea that AAA , another bold face lie. Oh wait...it gets better. I have called this clip joint several times and every time the same guy answers but gives a different name. First time he was Steve, then he was Matt, and then Peter...I called him on it and he said they were all from the northeast and that's why they all sounded alike. Anyway, when I called to cancel after finding out all this, you could tell he was shocked and taken off guard..so sent a cancellation I writing as he requested and was told I would receive my money back the next day from the "accounting" dept. The next day, no refund, as i am sure you might has guessed., So next I will be posting this story anyplace I can, to get the word out along with legal action and following up with the CC Co. Please avoid this company like the plague. Also, if you are from law enforcement and happen to be reading this, you might look into criminal exposure related to fraud.... I have documention to back this up.
