    False advertising, bait and switch, terrible customer service!
    I called about their online promotion, they quoted $124 for 3 rooms and corridor/stairs. Showed up same day, dragged hoses, equipment into the house, did a patch to impress us, ran out to talk to the supervisor/manager and then immediately started to upsell their services. Apparently, only cleaning with "enzymes" could clean our recently cleaned carpet for the price of $400. Agreed to do what was quoted as $124 for $200, however, in the end, technician just did a pretreatment (looked like just water) and steam. There was no shampoo or stain removal. However, the receipt stated that we had our carpets shampooed! I called the customer service, they basically said, too bad, but it is up to us to make prices when we see the condition of the carpet. In the end, the carpet looked dirtier in some places than it was before - must be all that dirty water smearing. Junk business, don't call them

    Worst Carpet Cleaning Company out there watch out for your Classic Bait & Switch Scam! Stay away from scummy sales statics. Online site promises low prices but when the technician arrives they start to insistently suggesting paying higher than initial quote. Will try to pitch sales by doing a test spot only to dispute on how the service should done. Then make claims that on the test spot a “Deep clean” was done & not a “Steam Cleaning” that said a Deep clean process will be needed but it will be three times more than what quoted. Will try and haggle their services over the phone by saying they can still do the same cleaning service using their shampoo but no warranty will be assured. Overall terrible business & bad service customer service. Don’t be fool by their low prices onsite they’re are just going to Bait & Switch Scam J.D could careless about his customers !! stay away!!

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! I understand that the extra cleaning costs more. The discount said “Two Room Special $49.” I paid $100 for one room. He cleaned a dirty spot in the middle of the room and asked if I wanted to just leave it like that cause just steaming it would leave the dirt. I was forced to agree but the other room just had to be steam cleaned and he said if I also wanted that room it would be $40 more. I told him to just clean the one room and paid him $100 for an ad that claimed two rooms for $49. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!
