      Date of purchase- 9/28/24 After searching OfferUp for a used mini fridge, and seeing the postings list in my area heavily flooded with posts from this location, I went to their store to see some of the multiple offerings they had advertised for under $70(even as low as $30). To my disappointment, they had nothing available for under $100. I went back home. I rechecked the posts on OfferUp, and even recognized a few of the items in the photos from when I saw them in person. So I returned the next day, and inquired about a few items, and was told they do not know who posts those ads. So despite my frustration with the blatant false advertising, I purchased one unit for $100.96. I bring it home, plug it in and immediately it does not work. I instantly send a message to the number that sent me the receipt for the purchase about the issue, and I have gotten no reply since. I have sent a complaint through the channel they provide with the receipt, and still nothing. I have called their customer service number during their stated hours of availability, and the message says they are not available. This is unacceptable business practice, and they are STILL flooding OfferUp with their deceiving ads.

      On 1-4-24 I purchased a ******* freezer from this company for $292.63 including tax. I was guaranteed the freezer would work and that it was discounted at this location as a dent/scratch/ding open box. They advertise very widely on OfferUp application. They said if there were any issues, there was a one-year warranty included on all of their sales. This was in the advertising, reiterated in person, and once a text receipt was sent to me following the purchase the salesperson said again all warrant information would be on the webpage in the receipt link. I called the customer service number several times eventually getting through to a person. They told me no problem. Everything would be covered under warranty and to email them all of the information regarding the freezer I had purchased. I have an email chain with them starting January 12, 2024. They set up a repair appointment with *****. When confirming the appointment the ***** person told me the service call price plus all parts and indicated there was no warranty on this issue because this company who sold it to me is not an authorized retailer. I told this company those details then they asked me to get it in writing from ***** that they are not retailer. ***** does not have an interest in in unlicensed companies affairs so I could not get this in writing. I told the customer service person from this company those details and I have not heard back from them. I have called an emailed several times over the last several months. It Took me some time to file this complaint because I was in and out of the state and was also trying to be very patient giving this company an opportunity to remedy the situation. I ended up having to purchase another freezer and now I have an inoperable freezer sitting in my garage. At this point, ideally I would like a full refund. If the company is unwilling to do this, I would settle with the freezer being Inspected and repaired by a reputable company of my choosing.
