      I had thought it was a well worked auto sales until one of their employees broke privacy policy and grabbed my phone number from the system and started harassing me, and nothing but a “suspension” of 2-3 days was done for that! Not only that I was BUYING and contract said LESSE! Now they won’t give me my down payment money back!!!!

      the opportunity to respond to the customer’s complaint.

      We take all
      concerns regarding customer privacy and proper conduct seriously. Based on our
      internal investigation, there is no evidence that our employee acted outside
      the normal course of business or violated any privacy policies. The customer
      voluntarily provided their phone number during the sales process, and it is
      standard practice for our sales team to follow up with prospects and customers
      using the contact information provided. At no point did the employee “grab”
      personal information without consent or use it in an inappropriate manner.

      We respectfully
      request that the customer provide specific details and supporting documentation
      regarding the alleged harassment. Without such details, we are unable to fully
      investigate or validate their claim. To date, our review has not revealed any misconduct
      on the part of our staff.

      Regarding the
      leasing concern, the customer reviewed and signed a lease agreement. The terms,
      including the word “lease,” are clearly stated multiple times throughout the
      contract. We are happy to review this agreement again with the customer and
      explain any terms they may have questions about. However, we must clarify that
      a signed lease agreement is a binding legal document, and we cannot cancel or
      refund a deal simply because a customer changed their mind after signing.

      We remain open
      to working with the customer to resolve any outstanding concerns and invite
      them to contact us directly to discuss this matter further.

      Bad dealership to go to. They lie from the very begining. They say they offer you gap insurance when they dont or even mention it to you at all. Contracts says n/a on all of the self insurance options for the same reason that they dont offer it to you.They sold my contract to a california finance bussiness without my knowledge There is no denied gap insurance with signature of denial. One manager even treats you professional . He refused to help out with contracts saying its not their business anymore while his other partner said all the contrary. Got my contract and best believe they altered the contract and will be getting legal court action for their careness towards their clients and unprofesional business. One star is being generous but not earned.

      I bought a 2010 Buick lacrosse from them they wanted it back so I sent it back to them they said they were going to give me my money back and didn’t they put the car back on the website for sale they are liars and when I called them to ask for money back they hung up on me

      The individual's loan application was denied because the bank was unable to verify their income due to their unemployment status. When we reached out to the individual regarding their car loan and the return of the car, they initially claimed to be on vacation in Iowa and stated that they would not be returning to Las Vegas for at least two months. However, when we requested that they return the car, they informed us that they had found a better living situation and had no intention of returning to Las Vegas.
      This situation made it challenging for us to retrieve the car, and we ultimately had to send the account to collections. Fortunately, with the help of some of their references, we were able to convince them to return the car to the dealership. Unfortunately, the individual's decision to leave their job and the state without notifying us caused several challenges, including a towing fee of $1300 from Iowa.
      We believe that open communication is essential in resolving issues related to car loans and returns. While we understand that personal circumstances can arise, we also must consider our financial obligations and the impact this situation has had on our business. We will continue to work towards a resolution that is fair and equitable for all parties involved.

      They sell used cars and multiple major problems happen, and they expect single moms of two with a minimum wage job to pay out-of-pocket 6,500 to fix a failed transmission

      Not having a warranty can leave you responsible for the full cost of repairs, which can be a significant financial burden. That's why we encourage our customers to consider purchasing a warranty to protect themselves against these expenses.
      However, we also recognize that some customers do not buy the warranty In such cases, we encourage our customers to contact our dealership manager to discuss their situation and explore potential options for assistance. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions, and in some cases, we may be able to offer discounted rates for repairs to our customers.
