    I received a warranty for the vehicle I bought from them and now it's been 5 months later and I received a letter from the warranty company saying my warranty was cancelled because the dealer never paid the warranty company so now I have no warranty on my vehicle and the company is no longer in business that I bought the car and the warranty from

    I bought a car from ****** at this car lot ******* maxima) and the transmission went out. I was given a 1 year warranty and instead of honoring the warranty he put me in another car. This car also has issues. I have a quote for $4000 worth of work that needs to be done on this car and all I asked ****** to do was replace the 3 tires that were worn. This vehicle also has a warranty and ****** is again refusing to honor the deal. He has lied to me on numerous occasions about work and had me order a set of tires with the understanding that he was going to cover the cost of the tires plus installation. He has since stopped returning my calls and texts. There was no inspection done on this vehicle before I bought it and I had to get my own emissions test (which he agreed to reemburse me for). Everything is recorded through text messages and *** had a witness on the phone listening every time I have felt with ******. I just want the dealership to honor their warranty and fix my car and replace my 3 tires as agreed upon.

    I bought my first car the 2013 ****** Rogue from cars trucks and toys about a year and a half ago the car was falling apart I took it back to possibly get another car ****** the owner told me he would pay the rest of the money I owe on the 2013 ****** Rogue and I get my 2015 ***** Spark from him turned out that he did not pay off the rest of the ****** it is tacked onto my new loan which the car is now $20,000 set of ****** for a ***** Spark in the text message you can see that he was asking me for pictures adult pictures the reason for that was because he had my ***** Spark and it took him 2 weeks to fix everything what she did not fix on it he told me he would always help me to make sure the car was running good before he gave it to me I've had issues not only with the ****** but with the ***** Spark as well he sexually harassed me every time I go down there he did in front of my daughter he will not return any of my calls he will not return any of my text messages concerning my 2015 ***** Spark that I just recently bought off of him **** text message he didn't ask for **** photos only over the phone he told me that it would help him get my ***** Spark done sooner the car has a check engine light on it that comes on and off constantly and the car is how I make my money with deliveries and I'm also a babysitter as well I know for a fact that ****** only cares about money and not his customers or his safety of his vehicles that he sells so basically if you don't have money for him he does not want nothing to do with you he has taken advantage of me and I was pushed into a corner to send him photos that he requested to get my car I feel ashamed used

    *************************** sold my RV on consignment in 2022 and we agreed that he would help me find a good, reliable car that would be ready to be smogged and registered as soon as I took possession of it. The car was a 2014 Audi A5 that came off the transport truck with the check engine light on. I had the car about a total of 5 weeks and he said he would have his mechanic repair it, Eight months later the car isnt fixed. I was driving a loaner vehicle from him and got into an accident. The loaner vehicle was not covered by his insurance. He took my car back as it was already in his possession for supposed repairs, he never gave me any paperwork on the car, saying I would have to register it within 2 weeks of getting the sales paperwork and I should wait until the repairs are complete. He owes me over $14000.00 from the sale of my RV and refuses to pay me because I wrecked his $1200.00 loaner vehicle he didnt even have insurance on. I am disabled and he stole my life savings when he stole the proceeds of my RV sale. Now I have no car and no money to buy one,

    I am rejecting this response because:  this is a threat rather than attempt at a resolution.  Maybe I will have to file the criminal complaint for threatening me for a legitimate concern.  I have more than enough proof to move forward with what needs to be done and it won't be with threats as that is irresponsible as well as illegal.  Is threatening legal action illegal, especially when based on false information? The ****** crime of extortion occurs when you deliberately threaten someone else's health, property or reputation in order to gain money or influence. Extortion is the legal term for blackmail. Extortion is a category B felony, carrying restitution payments as well as: 1 10 years in ************ Prison
    I am seeking to be paid the monies owed to me that was stolen from me by an individual who believed I would or could do nothing about it.

    I bought car from here the check engine light was on when I bought it he promised to fix the catalytic converter its even wrote in our contract and he said he fixed it I still noticed problems and a month or two later the light came back on and I cant get in contact with him thur any number

    On April 27th 2023, I signed the papers for a car, however, I wasn't able to pick up the car until May 4th, 2023 because the car has mechanical issues with the steering assist motor. The sales person by the name of ****** told us that the car was fixed and for me to pick up the car on May 4th. The car wasn't fixed and about 3 weeks later the car broke down with the steering assist issue while on the highway on May 25th. I couldn't steer nor could I brake while doing 65 mph. I brought the car back Cars Trucks and Toys, letting them know what had happened. They told me again it was fixed on June 5th, and for me to pick it up. The car broke down again with the same issue a few days later. Brought the car back to them, on June 8th they told me again it was fixed on June 17th, as i proceeded too drive off the lot, the same issue with the steering assist was going on again, turned around and dropped the car off again. Each time i called or went over there, i was giving the run around and promises of either an other car or getting the problem fixed. On July 3rd i was told to give him till Monday, June 10th and ****** (Owner) will get us into another car. And again some excuse that they wouldn't be able to do so. I had told him, that i didn't make a car payment due to not having the car for more than 30 days and he said no problem. And now he said that due to not making a car payment he wasn't able to do anything for me. Ive been in contact with the finance agency and they was understanding with the issue. Basically I was sold a lemon, and they refuse to help me. I paid $2100.00 deposit for a 2014 **** Focus which is a piece of junk.

    A warranty was sold when I purchased my vehicle February 24, 2023 from Cars Trucks and Toyz LLC. I was advised this would be good for the length of my lease for $1995.00 additional. The warranty company (Integrity) sent me a letter advising the dealership never paid the money provided from finance company **************** for the warranty. The dealership had 90 days to make payment which would have been June 12th according to ***** a representative from Intergrity warranty. I spoke to both warranty company and finance company in regards to this matter and they both referred me to the dealer. I went to the dealership and was told by **************** would be fine and had nothing to worry about ****** wasn't there nor available at the time. A copy of the letter from warranty company was copied and provided to dealership. I have heard nothing since June 22,2023. I would like a refund for the warranty that I was charged for and was not provided on my vehicle.

    I went to buy a vehicle on the 29th of may and sigh the contract and when i left the dealership, I noticed to call Pull as we was driving so we took it to the mechanic the next morning and have them do a diagnostic test found a list of problems that was not informed of at the time of purchase so we got a print out of it took to the dealership the next morning they said that the mechanic lied, and there was nothing wrong with the car and refused to fix everything that was printed on the paperwork or meet me at the mechanic shop to prove that nothing was wrong with the car and trying to force me to keep the car in the contract, even though I returned it within two days of the purchase, which by law gives you five days to return a vehicle, if it is not disclosed at the time of purchase of all mechanical problems they state in the *************** that is not a law and Im lying

    So I bought my Chevrolet Cruze 2012 on March 3,2023 I put down *****. The car was on its way from ********** but he showed me pictures and told me there was nothing wrong with the car and never been in an accident. Two days later my car was leaking I took it back to him 4 times the last time i had to take it back because my car fan went out and was over heating after i left my engine light came on after he never responded as usual. Now my car turns off at a stop and when I have to go on a green light my car hardly goes then catches up. My a/c when on makes my car slow and it shakes my car. My oil light is on, my battery light keeps going on. My service stabili trak keeps binging in my car, my abs light keeps coming on, and my car steering wheel gets tight on me at times when driving. I have texted him multiple times to bring the car back and he doesnt response as usual. I called and **************** said he would call him to see if it was ok. Well he called me back and said my warranty with them is no longer and its my problem I have to take it to get fixed I try to explain to the guy and he kept shutting me out. In this 3 months of having my car Ive been having issues back to back to back. He kept it for days and weeks at a time and this isnt right. *** asked to get copies of the work they did do he said no because I didnt pay to get it done. I want my car fixed. They also made me late on registering my vehicle. He also said I would have warranty to take it to a car place and just put 100 down to get anything fix that was a complete lie.
