Hello, we sell all of our cars as is and do our best aftersale to confirm any issues that we missed prior to sale. **** mechanics did not find anything apparent in need of repair at the time you brought the car back so we couldn't assist. The issue may have gotten worse during your ownership which lead the other repair shop to identify an issue.Customer Answer

I was sold a **** F150 xlt instead of a **** lariat as advertised. This is about 800-1000$ difference in fair market value. Finance manager ***** stated they would refund me a check of 800$ for the trim level discrepancy and that I would have to wait till this past monday 4/21 for the general manager to return to town for the refund. I have called twice now and they are stating that conversation never happened. Two times now our verbal agreements were broken. Once when we were discussing the original price of the vehicle sale we verbally agreed on 15k and he entered ***** into the paperwork and when I asked in person about the number he told me dont worry about it. That it was just numbers that werent set. And now when I got my paperwork from my loan company congratulating me on my **** lariat I called to discuss the discrepancy and Finance manager ***** told me they would refund the fair market value difference. At this point it is about the principle of being sold and coerced into paying more for a lower trimInitial Complaint

On Monday, 3/24/25, at 12:05 AM, I received an email quote from Queen Motorcars for a 2014 ********** Passat at a price of $7,777. Later that same day, I visited the dealership, saw the car, and placed a $3,600 down payment. However, when I received the contract the following day, I discovered that the selling price was listed as $10,999 instead of the originally quoted price.Concerned about this unexpected price increase, I checked the dealerships website using the link from my original email quote. To my surprise, the price had been changed again to $11,999. Within less than 24 hours, the same exact vehicles price was changed three times without any explanation.Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealerships management for clarification. I called on Tuesday, 3/25/25, and Thursday, 3/27/25, and even visited in person on Friday, 3/28/25. Despite my repeated efforts to speak with managers ***** and *****, I was continuously given the runaround by sales representatives **** and *****, who claimed that the managers were **************** of Transaction: 3/24/25 Amount Paid: $3,600 down payment Business Commitment: The dealership initially quoted me $7,777 for the vehicle but failed to honor that price.Nature of the Dispute: The dealership engaged in bait-and-switch pricing, increasing the price three times in one day without justification.Resolution Attempt: I have called and visited the dealership multiple times, but I have been denied access to a manager.Advertising Details: The quoted price was sent to me via email on 3/24/25 at 12:05 AM, but the website listing price was altered twice within 24 hours.Requested Resolution:I request that Queen Motorcars honor the originally quoted price of $7,777 or provide a fair resolution for this deceptive pricing practice.Business Response

Hello,
Unfortunately with the current economy there are many factors that affect prices. Prices of our cars fluctuate on a daily basis, sometimes going up and sometimes going down depending on inventory and market conditions. If there are any pricing discrepancies at time of sale we strongly encourage customers to confirm them prior to purchasing the car.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the response, but it fails to address the core concern of my complaint.
I received a written quote from Queen Motorcars for a 2014 ********** Passat at $7,777 on 3/24/25 at 12:05 AM, which I relied on when I visited the dealership and placed a $3,600 down payment later that same day.
At no point during the visit or transaction was I informed of any price change. Instead, I only discovered the price increase when I was given the contract the following day, which stated a much higher selling price of $10,999. Even more concerning, the vehicle price was raised again to $11,999 on the dealerships website within the same 24-hour period.
This is not a matter of market fluctuationit is a clear case of bait-and-switch tactics and deceptive advertising. Price fluctuations do not justify failing to honor a written quote given only hours prior, especially after accepting a substantial down payment.
I request again that Queen Motorcars honor the original quoted price of $7,777 or work with me on a fair resolution. Otherwise, I will consider escalating this matter to Nevada Consumer Affairs, the Nevada DMV Occupational and **************************** or pursuing legal action through small claims court.
Sincerely,
Mauratania IsraelBusiness Response

I have reviewed the documents you have provided. The "written quote" you have provided is from a third party lead generator, *********** which does not accurately reflect our website's pricing. We cannot be responsible for third party information. In any case, was there a reason why you signed the purchase agreement if you noticed a discrepancy? Can you provide us evidence you presented any numbers to a Queen Motorcars representative that show a lower price than what you agreed to purchase the car for? We can discuss a resolution if that can be provided.Customer Answer

Complaint: 23153662
I am rejecting this response because:Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I would like to clarify a few points:
While the quote I received may have been facilitated through ***********, the email clearly references Queen Motorcars, the vehicle at your dealership, and the quoted price of $7,777. As a consumer, I reasonably relied on the written information provided and visited your dealership (The Same Day) to act on that offer.
At the time of my visit, I was not informed that the price had changed, nor was there any disclosure regarding a discrepancy. I placed a $3,600 down payment that day based on good faith in the quoted offer.
I did not receive the purchase agreement listing the $10,999 price until the following day. Had the discrepancy been disclosed to me upfront during my visit, I would have addressed it before proceeding. Unfortunately, no representative brought any price change to my attention, nor did I agree to any price increase verbally or in writing before placing my deposit.
Additionally, your dealership later acknowledged the issue by offering a check for $711 during my meeting with Manager ***** on April 11, 2025. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I respectfully find that offer insufficient given the original $3,222 discrepancy.
I remain willing to resolve this matter amicably. As previously stated, I request either:
A refund or credit reflecting the difference between the quoted price and the sales contract price;
Or a fair and reasonable adjustment consistent with the value promised.
I look forward to your good faith resolution of this issue.
Sincerely,
Mauratania IsraelCustomer Answer

Hello,
The quote I received clearly listed Queen Motorcars as the source and showed a price of $7,777 for the 2014 ********** Passat. I relied on that written offer in good faith, visited the dealership the same day, and placed a $3,600 down payment without being told the price had changed.
The $10,999 sale price appeared later, in the contract I received the next day, and was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. That is a classic example of a bait-and-switch tactic.
Your managers later offer of $711, while appreciated, does not fairly reflect the $3,222 price discrepancy.
I am seeking a resolution consistent with the original offer or a reasonable refund reflecting the difference. I am prepared to pursue this through small claims court if necessary but remain open to a fair and timely settlement.
Sincerely,Mauratania Israel

While I believe you are making your statement in good faith, I need evidence of you presenting the advertised price you claim to one of our representatives at time of sale. In any case, we offered to completely unwind the deal for you, but it appears you're not interested in that. I am willing to increase the adjustment amount to $2000 as a one time courtesy for this miscommunication if you consider all issues settled and close out the *** complaint. If not, then we will no longer be willing to unwind nor offer any dealer adjustment and will only communicate in court. Please let us know in writing within 24 hours what you decide to do.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:Thank you for your follow-up. While I still believe the original quote should have been honored in full, I accept your offer of a $2,000 dealer adjustment as a final resolution to this matter.
Upon receipt of the funds, I will consider this issue settled and will withdraw my DMV complaint accordingly.
Please confirm how and when the payment will be issued so we can complete this resolution promptly.
Sincerely,
Mauratania Israel

I purchased a 2014 ***** ev spark 1/8/24. After driving the battery down I attempted to recharge at several different paid charging stations, and the battery would not hold a charge as guaranteed by the dealership. I spent 5k total cash with no finance. All I ask is for the chance to get a reliable vehicle at equal value. I have not had the vehicle 24 hours. I am willing to cover any fee or cost associated with this transaction.

I purchased a 1015 ************* GLA Class vehicle from Queen Motorcars (QMC) for may parents who live in ****** (I live in ******) on 24 April 2024. The car was registered in ** but we were unable to get the car titled because the seller did not have it. I discovered that the vehicle was purchased by *** from a ****** auction house in *********, **. I contacted the auction house and they said they provided the title to *** upon thier purchase. I managed to speak with a representative from the title office at *** who stated that they did not receive a title from the auction house but sold the car anyway. It is now November (7 months since purchase) and I still don't have a title. I got an Audi A5 2018 in June of 2023 & have been having a coolant leak/issue since I have gotten the car. queens motorcar has worked on the issue a total of 4 times and I have paid them to fix the problem. They then told me take it elsewhere because the problem was not being fixed. Took the car to premier auto shop still have a coolant leak. Told my dealership I believe they sold me a lemon car because it has been worked on 5 times for the same issue and I been having an issue from the start. They told me Im on my own and lemon cars apply to new cars only. Have spent money buying coolant, getting Ubers and paying to fix this leak. The car is basically useless because its always broke due to this leak.Customer Answer

Hello, unfortunately we sell cars as is and dont provide any dealer warranty on cars. Ownership of a car comes with responsibility, and any issues that arise after sale are your responsibility. We suggest taking the car to a certified service center and pay for them to fix the issue so you can enjoy the car you purchased.Customer Answer

Hello,
We sell our cars used as-is. That means we dont warranty anything on the vehicle after sale outside of anything promised on the due bill. Unfortunately we have no way to guarantee that the car will not experience wear and tear during your ownership nor do we know how a customers driving habits will affect a used car. We always recommend our customers get a pre purchase inspection prior to purchasing a car as well as reviewing all sales documents before signing.

I bought this car on 12/21/2023. I was promised that the car was in perfect shape with no mehcanical issues and if anything went wrong the dealer would give me 30 days until december 21st to fix the car. They never fixed the car when i contacted them. They only gave me the option to bring the car back because I found out they scammed me. They showed me every document except the break down of the prices. When signing i specifically asked okay so the car is ******** and they said the loan originiation fee was $2400 and it was included in the financing fee. They took my $6500 cash down and ended up charging me a sales price after tax of $12,760.15 and then the loan company they said after interest and the fianancing fee would be $6400 so thats all I would owe and the financing company shows its $10,44.48 after financing charges and interest so I didn't agree to this deal they toatllly switched the numbers and the car is messed up. I want to return the car to unwind the deal and get my money back and out of the financing contract as i will not sign or contact *************** to finish it as i never agreed to this.Business Response

Hello!
it Has come to my attention that *****, the selling manager had initially offered to unwind the deal and refund your money. You rejected his offer and therefore that offer is no longer on that table since you know have had the car for longer and continue to use the vehicle.
we do not charge any financing fees. The sales price is clearly presented to you prior to you signing the documents and you accepted the price we offered the vehicle at, otherwise we have no clue why you would agree to a price that is not the same as you expected. That being said, our prices adjust according to the market, and we strongly suggest our customers verify pricing before signing the purchase documents.
as for any repair assistance that the managers or salespeople offered , our standard policy is to only assist customers with a repair bill amounting over $1500 per single line item within the first 30 days of purchase and under 1k miles. We do not offer any dealer comprehensive warranty for small failures that come with owning a vehicle under said limit.

My wife and I purchased a car 2014 ******* Sonata Hybrid 2/3/2023 from trading in my previous car 2009 ******* Azera to Queen Motor Car. They gave me $1500 for my previous car as a down payment toward my new purchase. They only gave me one option the 2014 ******* Sonata Hybrid. We waited over 6 hrs because the car would not start and a battery needed to be ordered, Is exactly what the dealership told us as we waited hours. After they was able to jump start the car and we test drove it and found out the car needed air conditioning, wheel alignment because the car was pulling and the dash board said hybrid system failure. As soon as we parked the car after the test drive the car died because we cut the car off. But the car drove good and the dealership promised to fix all the issues we brought to they attention within 30 days. 2 days after our purchase I tried to immediately schedule an appointment for the maintenance of the car like they promised. And thats when the run around began and weeks go by with no word. On 3/4/2023 the car began to stop on me only allowing to drive no more than 20 mph. I immediately notified Queen Motor cars the dealership my car not working properly. First the dealership told me I would have to tow my car to dealership which I couldnt afford. I cautiously drove the car with the hazard lights on back to Queen Motor Cars. They took a look at the car and said the issue with the car came from a recall problem with *******. And I would need to take the car to ******* dealer to get the problem resolved. So I cautiously drove to ******* and they told me the issue with the car was not a recall issue and Queen Motor car knew that. I then cautiously drove to auto zone to get a diagnostic test and found out the car had multiple problems with the wiring of the car causing no energy to get to the battery.Business Response

Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.
As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
