    I bought a brand new washer and it hasn’t been a year. Then the washer broke with the smell of burnt rubber. I called the company I bought the washer from and said I have to go to Electrolux for repair. I had made so many calls because the serial number was inside the washer. So I had to call RC Willie for someone to help because of the serial number. They got someone scheduled but I had to call the fire department to unplug the machine.i found out that the serial number was on the back of the machine. Called Electrolux for appointment. Repair man came out and said that they can’t do anything because they need to order the parts. Will come back Monday. Monday comes around I was informed that the parts was not ordered that there was a miss communication. So it’s almost 2 weeks and my machine is still not fixed because they didn’t order the parts on the day they knew what was needed. I have clothes in the washer with water. When the fire department pulled the washer water crushed out and when the repair man opened the washer door water came out again. My floor was just replaced . I even said can they just replace the whole washer because they should have ordered the parts that was needed and not wait this long. They need to be on top of their job when parts are needed to complete the job and be on the said day.
