Net tell LLC has been taking money out of my account for years. I thought this was for my adobe, but it was not. I do not use VOIP services nor have I ever used these type of services for anything. I would like a refund for the thousands of dollars theyve stolen from me, but I am having a difficult time getting in touch with them. No answer when I call the customer service number. I would like a refund and for this company to be closed due to them scamming people.Business Response

This is in response to a complaint sent on behalf of ************************. Our files confirm there was an order placed for the long distance ************ through Nett-Tell LLC. The email and ** address logged at the time of the order was ********************* with the ** address 192.240.195.197. No online order is accepted unless the terms and conditions are agreed upon and no cancelation was requested within 30 days of starting the service.
************* was contacted by our customer service department 01/12/24. She stated she wasnt aware of the service order and asked for cancelation. Service was terminated immediately,and a request was submitted for a 90-day refund.
Due to the nature of the complaint, the service has been discontinued. A reimbursement for the previous 90 days was issued to *************. If she has any further questions regarding the refund or cancellation, she can contact the customer service line at ************.

I have been being charged $29.99 every month for years. Ive called and left a million messages and no one contacts me so its obviously a scam. *** never signed up for this and want it cancelled immediately. Please respond.Business Response

The email address provided was ******************* The ** address logged at the time of order placement was 66.31.21.165. No online order is accepted unless the terms and conditions are agreed upon. Our records show no cancelation was requested within 30-day trial period.
Service can be cancelled at any time by simply calling or emailing customer support, any message taken is returned within 24 hours. A complaint was received 01/02/24 from ************************ regarding this account. After receiving the complaint, multiple attempts were made by our customer service department to contact Mr. ********* and provide a resolution. Unfortunately, he did not respond to any messages left by our customer service agents.
Due to the nature of the complaint,the service has been terminated with no further charges to take place. Should ************************ have any questions or concerns regarding the cancelation he may contact the customer service line at ************.

This company has been taking money from my bank account for services that I do not have. I am a senior citizen and I never signed for any cellular, phone or internet services. Our records indicate the email address provided was *********************** The ** address logged at the time of order placement was 68.80.133.255 Order policy states the service can be cancelled within 30 days of activation.No cancelation request was received during that timeframe.
********************* was contacted by our customer service department July/20/23. She stated she wasnt aware of the service order and asked for cancelation. Service was terminated immediately, and a request was submitted for a 60-day refund.

Just noticed my bank statement there is a charge on 4-13-2023 for $29.99 to Nett Tell LLC commpymt ** ************. I have no idea who these people are so I Googled the phone number. I came across hundreds of people with the same problem. Money being taken out of their account without authorization. So I looked back at my old bank statements and realized this has been happening monthly since November 2016. Tried to call but got no answer. 4-17-2023 Emailed customer service through their website and waiting on a response. I would like whatever this is canceled immediately and refunded $2369.21 for what was basically stolen from me. I don't know if this is an account number but it is the number on my bank statement **********
