    I love the system! Been four years now, no issues, I barely changed the drinking filters this year. It was still running good and testing good. Best decision for my home and family. The soap program is great 5years of free soap. Best yet I don’t buy bottle water anymore. Haven’t now for 4 years! We love the water how it feels on the sink, soft not like before which irritated our sink. Thank you! OPWS!

    If I could give O zero stars that would be my rating. This company is a SCAM! Stay away! My husband and like many other first time owners fall for this water system trap.
    They offered us 10 years of household products like dish soap, detergent, shampoo etc. awesome right?! We only received it the first year and now we're going on year 3 and we haven't received anything since signing up. Oh and did I mention we also didn't receive the "Amazon gift card" promised when signing the contract. Just a terrible company! We've called multiple times and the last time the rep said they apologized and that they would be sending it plus a "gift card". It's now been over a month and we haven't received anything. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! We also haven’t received the maintenance they promised every 2 years for our system. Stay away!

    I have been frustrated with trying to have my water equipment serviced this past year. First they say it will be $150 then when I call back and set it up they say it will be $200 and I agree and set up the appointment. They never called to follow up, I waited for them to arrive for 2 hours and they never showed. I call the company to ask why nobody showed up and apparently it was MY responsibility to call them to confirm the day before when they stated they would call me to call in the first place. I set it up again at a later date and now it’s $250! I agree again but that is ridiculous price and now I’m here waiting to hear back from them because I have an appointment in half an hour and I confirmed it on Friday and I try calling the office to make sure someone is coming but no answer. I am frustrated and angry with their lack of communication and customer service. There has to be a different number to call besides the 1888 number available because this is the worst service I have encountered

    I too was sent a postcard alarming me to a parcel on-hold, final notice, three different times. I called into see what it was, and was offered a "welcoming package" that includes a water test and gift card. As a new homeowner I didn't think much of it at the time, until I got another postcard of a different design, same preachings, called, and it was Ocean Pacific again. They failed to follow-up the first time, so tried to book again. Wasn't until the last minute that I thought back on this "parcel on hold" postcard method, did my research, and found that many many many people are irritated with this company and their method of getting people to call them!
    A history of pushy salesmen, faulty tech, scare-tactic advertising, and lying through their teeth?!? No thanks! I canceled right away and hope they leave me alone...

    They sent a fake postcard saying I had a parcel, but it was a water test and a $25 gift card. I went through the stupid water test where they try to sell me RO system for so expensive, they never gave me my $25 gift card either! Stupid sales pitch from contracted salesman, NOT a WATER PROFESSIONAL! Liars and scammers!
    They used an alarmist website to scare me into buying their system and did not show me my counties ACTUAL water report. Stupid false information.
    If I could give 0 starts I would.
