    I had completed 1 year of full body laser hair removal with ******. I should have been hairless by the 8th sessions which I was not. During that first year she had seemingly been experiencing some psychotic episodes which I decided to ignore because mental health is important and anyone can experience such crisis. I had renewed and paid for another full year of laser hair removal. That of which I only had 1 session out of what should have been about 48. ****** sent me text messages harassing me and threatening me that I am under investigation after I asked her if I can schedule a session. She then began listing my full legal name, my mothers full legal name, and verbally harassing me. I then asked her for a refund as I feel unsafe to see her or be around her again considering she is experiencing yet again some form of mental health crisis. She refused to give me a refund and then continued to harass and threaten me. She has not fulfilled the services at all and from the approximately ***** sessions I had with her the first year, I still am not hair free. I was promised to be hairless after 6-8 sessions. So not only do her services not work, but I have been made feel uncomfortable during sessions, and now I have been verbally harassed, threatened, and intimidated. As well as being denied a refund that I am entitled to. Please do everything possible to prevent her from harassing and scamming more people. I truly wish to receive my money back and if not I will definitely be escalating this to small claims court. Thank you so much for your help and I hope to hear from you, The BBB.
