    I am leaving a complaint and one star over the unprofessional way Anthony's Glass handled a billing dispute. I received an estimate on a window we had them measure to replace, but because of difficulties in the measuring process as well as difficulties with a glass door we had them do, we decided not to have them replace the window. I received a phone call a month after the estimate saying our window was in, I informed them I did not authorized the purchase. The man I spoke to was frustrated, and ended the conversation abruptly. He did not say I still had to pay for the window, or that the estimate would still be outstanding.

    This was the last contact I had with them until today (a year later) when a credit agency reached out to me on behalf of the company.

    Other than the original estimate via email I never received another invoice in my email, I never received a physical copy in the mail. I never received a past due. I never received a phone call telling me I was on the hook for this window. I never received a letter explaining my account would be turned over to a credit agency. And I know the company has my phone number, billing address and email. I also never received the window nor was labor performed to install it.

    I am going to pay for this window I never received with the credit agency to avoid a negative credit ding, but I feel this is below business standards not to hear once from them after the original dispute before they went to a credit agency.
