    These windows were purchased September of 2021. They are Vinyl replacement windows built by ******. I paid $17800 for 15 of them. The salesman (****** ********) assured me I will never have issues with these windows and if something would come up this company will stand behind the product 24/7/365. 6 months after the windows were installed the ones that are in the sun all started corroding/yellowing. The term for viny yellowing is corroding, I attached the scientific explanation below. March of 2022, 6 months after the windows were installed, I contacted Energy One to let them know that the windows in the sun are turning yellow see a picture of window below (I can supply pictures of all the others if required). Somebody came out and took pictures and wrote down the serial number of tall the **********************. I was told this is covered. After not hearing back for a good 6 months I was told it is still in the hands of the company that build the windows and I was askeg to be more patient. The person that came outto take measurements is no longer working for the company in Las Vegas and somebody else came out. This went on all the way until last year. I had nobody at that company that actually helped me. Finally they just referred me to the builder of the windows and completely ignored these windows and my issue. I was now expected to take care of it on my own. At this point ****** (manufacturer) believes the yellow windows are not their concern as well. I am also filing a complaint about them. About 10 windows need to be replaced. The other ones are in the shade and I am not concerned with them. For a while this company wanted to have somebody come out and paint them (it became apparent that there is other customers with the same issue in Southern *********************** but they decided against that. Of course not by telling my but by just not showing up to paint. Another company installed windows that Energy One did not want to do. Guess what, they were replaced already because of yellowing.

This is not the standard of service we strive to provide. While the warranty for manufacturing defects typically lies with the manufacturer, we recognize our role in facilitating a resolution.

    Resolution Plan: Based on the findings, we will work with ALSIDE and our team to determine the best course of actionwhether replacement, repair, or another agreed-upon      solution.

    I am at this point just waiting to hear back from the company. I do not want to close out the case they have reached out to me with the previous email and hopefully will her back from them soon.

    Once we reach a solution I can hopefully close this and put this behind me.
