  We had two of the nicest installers come and put our windows in. Even though our house was hectic with three dogs and 2 little ones running around and screaming they got the job done in a day. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.

  RbA staff was exceptional from sales to installation. The installers were friendly and professional. They worked continuously without any disruptions to those here. The product seems to be superior in quality as is the workmanship.

  The team was great from start to finish. They provided on time updates and earlier than expected installation. Billy set up the exact patio door products needed for replacement without any additional pressure to add unwanted products. The financing was not an issue as this was a planned project with funds set aside for payment. He was there during installation to ensure things were going smoothly. Josh explained the scope of work and expectations for the installation process. The team worked efficiently and left zero mess behind. Upon completion, he identified a defective door panel that had noticeable marks between the panes of glass and immediately ordered a replacement. I would hire them again for future projects on my property.

  Do not use this company to replace any of your doors or window, there financing and predatory practices with high pressure sales and deceptive sales agreements does not show anywhere in the agreement that half of the total cost is due up front and another half is due anytime after the completion of insulation, the cost is highly outrageous two windows costing over $5000 dollars each and a glass door over $6000 dollars, the quality of the window is great but not at these prices, the windows are not made of gold, called the head of sales complained and got no satisfaction on resolving the issue, and the insulation is not complete as the glass siding door has a damaged panel with small holes, told the sales manager I would not let anyone in my house that has anything to do with Renewal by Anderson in my home as I will not support any company or business that uses these types of practices of fraud overcharging and deceptive practices in agreements, and the interest on dollars owed after one year is 23.99 percent which should have given me a hint of their deceptive business practices, I will spread the word about this company and their practices.
