    I received an auto glass windshield repair from this company on October 23,2022 and paid for the service in full the day prior October 22,2022. I was only provided a square up receipt of the amount I paid and called over two weeks ago asking for an itemized receipt to provide to my insurance company. The woman I spoke to said she would email the itemized receipt explicitly showing what I paid for per request of my insurance company but never did. I called again and verified the email address and she claims to have sent it to that email which was my gmail, ********************** I again let a few days go by and still never received an email. I called again this time I only got voicemail as I now believe my calls are being screened and left a message asking if I could get a text copy of the receipt since email does not seem to work. I never heard back. I have tried calling several times and the calls go straight to voicemail. The work to my vehicle was done by a mobile tech so I never went to a physical business. According to ****** they are located on ********************************* so I went there today to get my receipt. The building is locked and no one is there but their business hours list them to be open. I do not understand why it is so difficult to provide an itemized receipt for work I paid almost 800 dollars for. I want to get reimbursed by insurance company and can not do so without the receipt. This company is unprofessional and shady and i want my receipt.
