    Purchased a binary trigger for exo ...did not work straight out of the box called customer service to be told I have to pay for return shipping on there fulty overpriced product

    Hello Mr. ************ are sorry to hear that the trigger you installed is not functioning properly. You are correct that we do no provide return shipping for possible warranty inspections on our triggers. This is company policy for triggers coming back to us. If there is a warranty issue with the trigger we do cover shipping back to you.Once you fill out the *** form we can issue you an *** number to send in the trigger for inspection.Thank you

    I bought an ar lower thinking it had the binary trigger and for the price they charged it should have. But apparently this is the only model they sail that doesn't. OK my mistake. So want to send it back and order the right one. But they want to charge a 15% restock fee. Not to mention took almost 3 weeks to ship. So want be reordering. Same I wanted to try the binary trigger but will not buy anything from this company again.

    Hello Sir,You accidentally purchased the wrong product and we understand that can happen on rare occasion. That is always a frustrating situation and we are happy to help you through it. We continue to offer multiple generous solutions to get you the product you meant to order. We can send you a Binary trigger, or you can send us the lower you received and we will install a Binary trigger for the applicable cost differences of course. Both of those options do not incur the restocking fee and get you the product you wanted at the same cost as ordering the correct product. The restocking fee is clearly listed on our website in the return policy that you agreed to by ordering and has to be applied to physical ********** to the shipping timeline, we apologize if the shipping time was not what you were hoping for. We are always striving to be better than what we promise. We did deliver the product you ordered, as you ordered it, and in the timeframe that was stated at the time of order.We are still interested in helping to reach a solution that works for all of us, and we welcome further discussion.

    I have mixed feelings about Franklin Armory. I bought a trigger kit and it seems to be well made and so far it works as intended, so I cant fault the product in any way. But it took forever to ship (10 days), they charged me too much sales tax. the shipping was way too much considering the few parts that were shipped, and the price of the product was extremely high. We're talking gouging high. I called in to the company to ask about why they charged me so much sales tax. I spoke to a (boy?) named ****. Well **** was having none of that and basically told me, tough tittie! Does **** understand what **************** is? Apparently not, the kid was rude and not empathetic to my problem in the least! He tried everything to dodge refunding my card for the overcharge. It's not my department, We charge NV tax rate, we charge tax rate from where the prder originated from...and all sorts of garbage! You overcharged a little bit and wont make it right! You people cant make a top notch product, charge exorbitant price for it, overcharge people, and then be a punk about the business and customer service! You will drive Customers away. I also want the same type kit for a different rifle and I was prepared to buy it back to back with the first one. I had it in my cart! I was ready! Now because of ****, I held off on the purchase and am giving it some time to look closer into other companies products of a similar nature. ALL the others are way cheaper than Franklin anyway! This is ****'s fault and no one else. If you guys continue to let that guy answer the phone...your headed downhill. Punk boy ****. I never met a ***** sales person in my life. IF I ever do any more business with Franklin Armory and have to call in for anything (I'll try not to!) then I will not talk to your boy ****. So you better have someone else available to talk to. Idiot. Overcharged me, treat your paying customers like dog p*** Way to go **********************!

Your order placed July 1, 2024 was shipped July 2, ******************************************* one day not ten. Your tracking number indicates your order was delivered on July 9, 2024. Our website states that it can take up to 7-10 business days for an order to ship, this means that you received the order faster than our normal shipping time. Our new employee ****, did attempt to help address your concerns, we apologize that his responses were not satisfactory. **** is usually able to help most customers with their concerns when given the opportunity to respond.We hope our response helps alleviate your concerns regarding being overcharged for our great 100% American made products!

    Bought an ar15 from them shot 4 rounds through it and it blew up in my face injured my finger. They sent me an rma to return it and said they would take care of it. After they received it they told me it was due to an overcharged round and said they would send me a new one. Then they called 5 days later and said they weren't going to send me a new one unless I paid for it.after they destroyed my old one so no one else could look it over

To the extent that this individual submitted a product for service or repair, we performed said service under those pre-disclosed terms. Because of the nature of the products at issue, and by mutual agreement with our customers, we will not reuse, redistribute, or return into circulation any product that has been damaged, misused, modified, or altered such that the item is rendered unlawful or unsafe for the customer to use as designed and intended.
