    We bought the senory joy with the swivel package for our 7 yo. Autistic son less than a year ago.
    3 days ago the swivel spring part snapped at the bottom as he was swinging. He hit his head hard enough too leave an egg size lump on his head and a trip in the amblance too the ER. The doctor said he was lucky he didnt hit the back of his head. I have contacted a lawyer. And have tried filing a complaint with the company for a ticket number but they wont even respond. They say it holds up too 200 pounds hes 40 lbs! If you think it was an install issue; the part we installed is still hanging from the celing with the metal litearly snapped. How can you claim 200lb weight limit and use cheap or defictive parts? What about the other childern that can get hurt worse? They are special needs. We deserve more. Also my lawyer said too say...Im coming for you.
