    I took my car to this shop with **** H33**3332333035343830H because the dealer referred me to them, I went on April 4th, he received my car and put the required documents to the extended warranty, these documents were sent to them before the 6 month period expired, they had my car for 9 to 10 days, the mechanic told me that when the dealer had authorized the repairs, I went to pick up my car and the mechanic told me that when the dealer authorized the repairs, he told me that he had authorized the repairs, they had my car for 9 to 10 days, the mechanic told me that they had not authorized the repairs but the dealer said that they had authorized the repairs, I went to pick up my car and the mechanic told me that when they authorized the repairs he would let me know so that I could take my car back to them, he told me that when they authorized the repairs he would let me know so that I could take my car back to them. The mechanic told me that he had a lot of work to do but when he got busy he called me to take my car to them, when he submitted the warranty claim they refused to pay for the repairs on the grounds that it was past the 6 month due date and that the mechanic never submitted any request to them, that is what I was told when I called the extended warranty. They told me that the mechanic tried to charge them but was denied, they tell me that if the mechanic submits the request again they can review it, now I call the mechanic and he tells me that he lost all the information, he can&#**;t find the documents and his accountant doesn&#**;t know where the documents are. My car has been in the shop for more than two weeks now and he has already gone for the car because he doesn&#**;t want any more problems and that I should call the extended warranty and fight with them because according to him he has nothing to do with this problem. He refused to give me my documents so I could send them to the warranty, now neither the dealer nor these mechanics want to be responsible, if they had given me the documents in time I could have looked for another mechanic but they told me not to because they would accuse me of fraud.
