      I got my windows tinted and radio done here. This complaint is based on the service that I received on my radio. Luis who put in the radio into my car, He did not complete the job nor did he do the wiring correctly. When i brought the car to my appointment, upon arrival he told me that he ordered the wrong radio .2 days after putting in the WRONG RADIO the radio started turning off while driving. When brought to his attention, he stated he would take a look at it and he would put in the center piece to the WRONG RADIO THAT HE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. Which is what he didn’t complete when installing my radio. I had asked Luis when he was available , and he said he would come to me if needed. Each time I reached out to Luis . He had an excuse to why he would not meet up. After about 3weeks of riding with the radio. I told Luis I was going to bring the car back due to an issue with the tint and asked if he could look at the radio and if he can put in the center piece while the car was there. The tint was fixed immediately but the centerpiece was still not in because they didn’t have it. He never even ordered it . He also said nothing was wrong with the radio. After explaining that I was dissatisfied with Luis and his service regarding my radio. I complained and eventually found out that he was not an employee at the shop. He was just a friend of a friend that ‘does radios’. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and also ILLEGAL!!!! to have nonemployees working on customers cars that’s not an actual employee of the shop. If I was aware of this from the beginning ,I would’ve never brought my car there. At that point I did not want Luis to touch my car and I took my car to another shop. Where they put in the center piece and finished the job that Luis didn’t finish within THE SAME DAY. The other shop stated the problem was that the wiring was not correct and the person who installed the radio seemed to have rushed the job.If I could 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!
