      I pay medication. That was $80. I missed a couple of days, 3 days in total. I did not receive medication for those three days that I paid for. Or refund on days nest because that was their policy. So short I paid for a medication as a consumer and I did not receive. Did not get money refunded and did not get a day's credit towards another day of medication.

      The complaint was not for *******. The complaint was for Las Vegas ******. The behavioral health group location has nothing to do or is anywhere near the ******* area. Please resend the complaint to behavioral health group methadone treatment center Las Vegas ******

      I have uploaded the days that the individual has been receiving medication and when he has paid. I have not seen in his dosing where he has missed 3 days since paying the $80. On 2/5/2024 he did pay $80 for the week. We have done $80 weekly or $16 daily. He did dose from 2/5/2024 - 2/8/2024 missed on 2/9/2024but then dosed on 2/11/2024 - 2/12/2024 which is only 1 day that he missed dosing during this time and not 3 days. As you can see from the balance journal he then paid the daily rate of $16 when he was only coming to the clinic. The next time that he paid $80 was on 2/27/2024 and has not missed a dose till today, 3/5/2024. As of 2/27/2024 we are no longer doing a daily pay and only doing the weekly pay of $80 which the individual has till Friday to pay in full. It looks like he only missed a few days but at the time that we were accepting daily pay he was not paying for those days and only for the days that he would get his medication in the clinic. At this time he only owes $48 from his balance transfer which is not the whole week this week due to the credit that he did obtain. This week he has not made any payments. There have also been a few times throughout the weeks when this individual would ask if he could pay another day due to finances which this company has allowed for so he could get his medication and would not have to go without. Due to the $80 a week that we have patients pay, it is a discount rather than the $16 a day we would be charging them, we have not given out refunds when they miss a day.
