    Brandon showed up earlier than the appointment time, called ahead of time. He replaced the garage door opener. He was professional, polite, and loves dogs. Job was completed quickly and he clearly explained how to operate. Office staff answering phones was clear and professional; easy to schedule informative. Joshua ***** PsyD

    BEWARE! This company uses parts that have no warranty! They replaced a garage door spring made by Overhead Door company which had NO WARRANTY. The spring itself was made in 2015 and according to the new garage repair guy, it shouldn’t be still on the shelves and showed me how they date the products. When the part broke 5 months later, they would not replace it without charging AGAIN (this spring should’ve lasted YEARS) - They’re only in business to take money, provide horrible quality service, then expect you to keep coming back to be ripped off. Stay FAR AWAY from Cactus Garage Doors

    Brandon showed up at the appointment time. He replaced the broken spring and both frayed cables. He was very polite. Job was completed and everything worked to perfection. Great job!

    We had Cactus send a subcontractor, Garage and Gates, to install a Chamberlin door lifter. The work was done but left incomplete with no warranty and a broken ceiling outlet cover which the installer said he would come back and fix. He didn't come back and the office will not return our calls. Do not contract with Cactus Garage Door Repair. Not recommended. G. ******, Gold Canyon, AZ

    Our garage door opener wasn't working so I decided to change the battery. But when I opened it up, all the parts fell on the floor, including the circuit board. I tried to put it back together, but no luck so we called Cactus. As it turned out, Tony, the technician who put it in 9 years ago, was still working there. He was great the first time and he was just as great this time too. Not only did he fix the opener, but he noticed one of the brackets was totally broken, so he put on a new one and tightened up all the others as well, and re-screwed the nuts that had stripped out! AND, it cost less that we thought too!

    We had a garage repair company come out through American Home Shield, it was Cactus. The gentleman who gave the quote was a no-nonsense guy who said "I've been doing this a long time and most homeowners want the lowest price. Your door is torn and sagging, rollers need replacing, you need 2 new brackets, and this strut needs to be moved out". He was right! I didn't even notice the rip in the door! He came back the next day and after an hour he was done. He showed me his work, gave me paperwork, and now the garage door purrs instead of clunking when it opens! (It wasn't under warranty since it only covers the opener not the door, but still worth it)
