  I have been using this company for five years. They have been the utmost professionals. They helped me take care of a problem situation with the IRS have always been there for my questions, and have helped me at every turn every year with my taxes, and sometimes some other questions that pop up, which aren’t necessarily within their purview, but they try to help.! The only negative thing I can say about them is they’re not always available by phone but they always get back to you and that I constantly kid them. They need to have a senior citizen discount.! I have found that they’ve always treated me not just as a client, but as a friend!

  Quick, efficient, responsive and get the job done.
  Randall and his team at Tax Samaritan have handled more than 10 years of returns for my wife (an American citizen living in the UK, married to an English citizen) and their service and support have always been first class. I’ve never had any issues or complaints - or any hassle from the IRS!
  They have been able to guide us through some tricky situations where we could have easily made a big tax error because of my lack of understanding of the American tax system and how it could affect actions we might take in the UK, where I have a lot more knowledge of the tax situation.

  I used Tax Samaritan(TS) for my 2019 and 2020 Federal tax returns, but will never use their services again.. I am writing this review in 2023 because I have lost my patience with their attention to my problem created by Tax Samaritan when they filed my 2020 Federal tax return. TS asks you at the beginning of their service to take the time to fill out all your personal information including the banking information for where you want your refund deposited. However, they failed to input the correct bank information into my tax return, and therefore I never received my refund. After numerous emails, in September 2021 they asked me to sign a Form 3911 as a request to the IRS to send the refund to the correct address. When I checked the form 3911 prepared by TS, they input a different Social Security number on the form. These are 2 amateur mistakes that could have been prevented with some sort of quality control.
  TS charges a premium price for what? There appears to be no quality control within the organization, and I’m paying the price for their incompetence. All I want is my 2020 tax refund, but I have nothing because of Tax Samaritans error.

I want to clarify that these mistakes have prompted significant changes within our organization. We have improved our processes and implemented additional measures to ensure such errors are not repeated.
  
  
  
  We understand that the extended processing times at the IRS due to the high volume of taxpayers and COVID shutdowns have undoubtedly added to your frustrations. It is not fair to you to wait for a resolution for an error you did not cause, and for this, we sincerely apologize.
  
  
  
  In an attempt to rectify the situation, we would like to issue a refund to you for the error on the expected IRS refund. We understand this doesn't erase the inconvenience caused but hope it serves as a testament to our commitment to making things right.
  
  
  
  In addition to this, we would like to extend an invitation to you to have your tax return for the year 2023 prepared by us at no cost. This is a gesture from our side to regain your trust and demonstrate that the unfortunate experiences you've had are not typical of our standard of service.
  
  
  
  We value you as a client and deeply regret the poor experience you had. We are committed to learning from this situation and making necessary improvements in our service delivery.

  I was absolutely excited having business with Jordan. He helped me answering in written and explicit form on a bulk of questions about my current situation and gave valuable advice. Surprisingly it was at no cost. That is the company I will definitely continue to work with.
