    I took the car to his place name values transmission to have diagnostic in my car for the problem have , the manager take my information and my car the day January 17-2023
    days later the call me and told me what its the problem and the sad its transmission solenoid I needed transmission oil change immediately because its to duty I don't know anything but cars I said yes if needed it he said yes days later call me and said my car its ready to pick up January 26-2023 and tell me I need to drive my car for 45 milles for the light reseat , when I drive my car was worse the I drive when bring it here. I returned and the said nothing I can do the manager said I know its worse and I don't care and Im not retuning your money back.
    January 30-2023 my self and ,my sister went to the shop again and I ask the manager again the need to fixed my car he respond no I can't do anything the reason I pick up the car because he said need to drive for reset and he have used car dealer and I don't want to loose my car .
    I never sign any paper the approved jobs o anything he said the repairs not going to resolve the problem I ask again need to return my money because my car its not fixed and its worse the manager said no im not going to fixed o return your money and I know your car its worse I can't fixed.i ask for the parts he removed he said he don't have it anymore invoice number 1002213.the same engine codes still the same engine light on and driving worse transmission not shift right and take long time to change speeds the not have this problem before I take to the valas transmission .
    I have a work order invoice numere 1002213
    please I need he paid for my repairs don't want to take it to the same shop because I don't want something happen to my vehicle .
