    The company name is ********* Superior Tree Service. I have call and text records with their employee *****. He first came to our house in April 2023 and gave us a quote. I contacted him January **** to confirm if the quotes were still valid. He said yes. We have seven trees that need to be removed. I scheduled the first two trees to be removed on Saturday, January 13. He arrived with a woman and a big truck with the companys logo on it. He and the women were wearing green sweaters that also had the company logo on it. They chopped down part of the tree trunks but did not finish removing them. They even left one of the trunks in our front yard. ***** knocked on my door at around 7pm and said they were done for the day and that they would come on Monday to finish the job. He asked that we pay him cash because his credit card system was not working. I paid him the total fee of $950 cash and have not heard back from him. Before he came he had been very responsive over text and now Ive texted him the past two days and no response. I checked on yelp and I see reviews that say this company has done similar dishonest things. Filing a complaint to see what my options are. Ideally I would get my money back and use it to contract a different service to finish the job.
