    A few weeks ago I was fortunate enough to aquire a box of ***** The Cup. An *** card series from the upper deck company. After sorting through my cards I noticed a 47/49 numbered ****** ******* which was supposed to be autographed but was not. A major QC issue from a major player. These types of cards are the reason we buy them so imagine pulling a dream card only to have it not have the autograph. Then because you didnt have the money to buy it within the year the product was released and their are no left over very rare numbered to ***************************************** hockey they tell you nothing can be done. I believe by the fact they have a certificate of authenticity on the card that there is a signature that some form of compensation is within reason. As someone who is just passionate about the hobby Id be more than happy to receive compensation in the form of other boxes from other years. I believe this is reasonable for atleast another chance at some memorabilia for my son. I hope this can help push forward other alternatives for people in my situation whove experienced the same.
