    Layaway plan was completed on Aug 11th, 23. I have paid the business a total of $1022.72 USD which converts to $1357.92 CAD. I originally sent the request to Front Gate Tickets, in which they did respond. Front Gate tickets gave the email to contact Life is Beautiful in regards to the refund, in which they have disregarded my email that I have now sent 2 times. There has been a tragic loss in my family which means we can not attend the event that is happening in less than a month. The business has neglected this issue. I find it very rude for a business to not understand the situation that has put our family into shambles. We have attended this festival many times before and this is the first time something has unexpectedly came up. It is a large sum of money that I would love to get back especially in this situation.
