    In September of last year I purchased a Pitboss grill through this company but it was never delivered. They will not let me out of the contract and Im paying for something they I dont have. I have called multiple of times I get told the same thing over and over they will get back in in touch with. I think this is criminal and no one is trying to help. This place is a disgrace. They pray on costumers.

    Community Finance worked with the customer to resolve the delivery problem from one of our partner merchants.   We have modified his lease agreement to remove the item in question.   He has signed the new lease agreement and we consider this problem resolved.   We thank ******* for his patience on this matter.

    I have been paying for this pc for 6 months now and about a month ago I called to report that my pc was stolen and they didnt offer any way to help me out, I have called origin pc and community finance and no one is willing to do anything and I demand an end to my contract and a refund for the last 4 payment

    The customer is responsible for the lease even if stolen.  This complaint is our first record that it was stolen.

    WAIVER OF DAMAGE, WARRANTIES AND RISK OF LOSS: You understand that the Property is provided to you in an "as is" condition.We do not make any express or implied warranty or guaranty that the Property will perform in the manner in which it is advertised or otherwise represented.If there is a warranty or guaranty in effect by the manufacturer of the Property, you may use those warranties or guarantees, in so far as the manufacturer is willing to honor those warranties or guaranties. If the Property is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, you shall be responsible for the early purchase option price. You also understand that you are solely responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold us harmless from, any and all damages, losses or injury to a person or property caused by the Property or the use of the Property, and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages. If the Property is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, you shall be responsible for the remaining balance due under this Lease, which shall be calculated by taking the Payment Amount, multiplied by the Total Number of Payments and subtracting all Lease payments previously made. We do not provide any liability or other insurance for the Property.

    We suggest that the customer file a police report and then claim with their homeowners or renters insurance for the stolen property.   We will work with the customer to to discount the remaining payments for an insurance pay-off.

    Falsely charged my card for $195.70 on 1/25/2023 after previously setting up a $50 payment plan, which they ran on 1/10/2023, which resulted in an overdraft of my account when asked to return my funds, they stated the didnt have the means to do so and told me they dont have to and will continue running my card for $195.70 when they were not authorized to do so, they also sent an email stating I was receiving a certified letter in which I never did, which Ive come to find out was just a scare tactic to get money from me, *** asked for a supervisor to contact me in which I was advised they dont call anyone, they only communicate via email.

    The customer has continued to ask for special considerations (payment plans) that is less than her lease obligation.    We have attempted to accommodate her but she stopped payments in December (the last month we agreed to the payment arrangement).   We were working with her in January 2023 on a potential new payment arrangement but were unable to get her confirmation in full.   We charged her payment method per our lease agreement (language provided below).   We need her confirmation in writing of any requested payment plan to make further accommodations.  

    PAYMENTS: The first Lease Payment is due on this Agreement's 'Today's Date', and shall be processed via your debit

    card or credit card. There shall be no delivery charge or advanced payment. Subject to our rights herein, the remaining
    lease payments (the Lease Payments) will be electronically processed directly from your checking account. The second
    Lease Payment shall be due on the Second Due Date set forth above, and all subsequent payments will be in the amounts
    set forth above and processed according to the above mentioned Due Date Cycle; provided, however, if a payment date
    falls on a non-business day, we may process such payment on the next business day. All Lease Payments shall be in an
    amount equal to the Lease Payment Amount set forth above. If a credit card is used for any payment hereunder, you
    agree that an additional fee of 3% of such payment shall be added to the payment amount.

    We made a payment arrangement with customer for $50 bi-weekly.   The customer requested but we did not agree to a monthly payment arrangement.   We will work with the customer to help them get to *** (their requested date) to help them get back on schedule but we need a clear and concise agreement on timing of payments and method of payment.   They can e-mail ****************************************** with the information.  Until then, payments per the original contract will continue.

    I made a loan for a puppy with this bank and they have added on an additional 5K. The puppy cost was about 4K. This is extortion. How are they able to just make you pay double for something? I understand finance charges but adding an additional whole other purchase and calling it finance charge ain't it. I've spoken with the agents and they just keep saying it was in the letter i signed. I want to pay back my loan but i'm having trouble thinking it's okay to charge someone another 5K when the whole transaction cost 4K.

    This customer was able to utilize the early payment discount to complete their lease with our company.   The early payment discount reduced the total cost of the lease for which they signed.    We believe we have reached a satisfactory solution for our customer.
