In December of 2023 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging


K1 Keto Life charged more than the agreed amount or that the consumer did not authorize any charges from the business. BBB communicated our concerns to the business in January and February of 2023. The business did not respond to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.
