    I ordered the product Keto 1 gummies and returned it right away - unused or even opened - this has been over a year ago and I have never received my refund as of this writing. I've called this company xxx-xxx-0144 over 20 + times within the year to date and a different person answers every time and seem to have a different answer on where my refund is. They owe me my money aprox 200.00.
    This company is horrible! They took my money and have the product I returned.

    Keto 1 will not refund my visa account, I ordered a product they increased the order price I e mailed them immediately they told me it had already shipped this was June 2023, since then I have spoken to several times them by phone and e mail, each time they tell me they are going to refund me, however, today is November 28th still no refund, they tried to tell me it was too late because I purchased in June I told them I have been in contact with them several times than they said now it has to go to higher ups, that was 2 weeks ago still no refund I told them this is theft by fraud they don't seem to care hope you can help resolve this issue. I did return their product to them and called to verify they received them. Thank you

    Keto 1 Keto Life will not refund my visa. I ordered the product and within 2 hours realized they over charged me. I tried canceling the order but they said it had shipped already. I received the package on 5/23/23 and it was returned to their where house on 5/27/23. It is now November 17th and I still have not received my refund for 204. 95. BBB please help me get my refund back. Their a scam I didn't want to give them a star.

    I ordered 3 bottles. Only a few minutes afterwards, there was a total charge of over $300 on my card. I called customer support and she told me she could not cancel my order or give me a refund. But, could give me a partial refund on the cleanse product I did NOT order. They added to my order, charged me for all and would not give a full refund. No replies from them when I emailed them 3 times neither. Rip off company for sure.

    i ordered 2 bottles said 39.99 rush my order then was declined when i ordered. Then 2 days later there was a unauthorized charge of $149.06

    I bought 6 bottles of product from this company. I returned 5 bottles of unopened product back to this company. One bottle I opened to begin taking the gummies. After taking the product according to the directions I became very sick. I called my doctor and he told me to stop using the gummies. This company received the 5 unopened bottles on March 13, 2023. To this day April 11, 2023 , I have made numerous phone calls asking about the $179.94 refund that is due back on my Discover card. I keep hearing the same story from the representative. He tells me everything was sent to the financial department. I should be getting my refund soon. Give it 5-7 days. This has been their same story since they received all 5 of the unopened bottles.

    Scam alert!
    I used the K1 gummies, and got ZERO results. After 2 bottles, a reasonable trial I thought, I contacted their consumer department, which told me to use 2 each day. I did, for 2-1/2 bottles. No results. At this point, I again contacted their consumer departments, asking for my money back, because their product doesn’t work. I told them I would contact the BBB, if they didn’t return my money. They said I needed to return unopened bottles to get my money back. What unopened bottles? Upon their directions, I have used 4-1/2 bottles. There are no unopened bottles, and the weight is still on me. I might have been using sugar gummies, for all I know. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

    Big rip-off, money-back guarantee is a lie! I returned 4 unopen bottles and they will not issue my refund. They keep saying they sent it but it never arrived in my account. It has been more than two months, and still, no cash refunded to my account. Never a supervisor or finance department you can speak with. Keep stating I will get a call back for over a month and never a callback. I have been calling them every three days during this past month. Still not resolved.
