    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is a down right lie on the owners part. Here are the text to prove multiple times I accepted for the county to come with an open time frame. NOBODY SHOWED UP except the day before when they failed the inspection. They do not want to finish the work and open the permit back up and failed to coordinate the inspections properly with the county.

    permit back up since they fumbled getting the inspection done in the time frame they should have. They are ignoring me and will not finish the work that they were paid for. My electrical has still not been inspected again to this day and the permit has still not been paid to be open again by the company. I still do not believe the outlet is in the right place. If they do respond to me I get the run around and no concrete answers. I just would like the job to be finished that I paid them for long ago. I keep going on the citizen access portal to check the status of my permit giving them the benefit of the doubt but its been since May and no action has been taken on their end. I am tired of begging them to finish my property and have it ****************** and up to code.

    We have tried numerous times to get the homeowner to let us in for the final inspection, the contract stipulates that they need to let us in between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm, inspectors don't have a set time, we have done this repitedly with no access from the owner.

    We have been trying numerous times to go in there and fix the issue, our contract stipulates that our business hours are from 7 to 3:30 and we have not been able to gain access ever since. We cannot go on weekends or after 3:30 that is out of our business hours.

     

    Woith that said, we have never ignored the phone calls or email from the customer, instead is the other way around. We will be happy to reengache but under official business hours.

    we have already responded to her. and explained that we need to wait on the city.... the inspections is scheduled for February 21st
