    I purchased the Nomisk **** on Dec 10, 2023. Order #NOM179385. The purchase price was $99.00. I contacted their customer service department on January 6, 2024 to request a refund - the device did not work as advertised.**************** then responded:"Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention.Our #1 priority is making sure our customers are happy and we're so sorry to hear that you aren't liking your experience with ***** begin the return process, we'll need images demonstrating that the product is in good condition with the original packaging intact."I sent them the images requested on 1/6/2024.**************** replied:"Thank you for submitting the required return info. To complete the return process, please return your order to us here:**************************************************************** Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept drop-offs, please use a shipping provider.Once shipped, please provide tracking information so we can accurately track your package and reimburse you accordingly. Please ensure your name or order # is visible on the package and please note that our fulfillment center does not accept customer drop-offs."I provided the return tracking number **** 1ZW68R040366660295 on 1/29/2024 according to their instructions. **************** responded:"Your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to show up in your account.Thank you for your patience!"I then attempted to contact customer service when I did not receive the refund as promised on the following dates:2/28/24 3/4/24 3/9/24 3/26/24 4/1/24 4/16/24 10/20/24 11/23/24 2/20/25 6/6/25 No response from customer service since 1/29/****** want my money refunded since they accepted the return and informed me I would receive a refund.Disappointed with the abysmal customer service.

    Nomisk - Order #NOM192477 I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding Order #NOM192477 from Nomisk, which I placed on January 16, 2025. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the product would be delivered within 10 days. However, the delivery was delayed by nearly 70 days, which was extremely disappointing.After finally receiving the item, I found it to be faulty and not fit for use. Given this, and the unreasonable delivery delay, I initiated a return request. As per their official website policy, the return was supposed to be free of cost.However, their support team responded stating that the return would not be free, contradicting the return policy. I shared a screenshot of the policy with the team on April 1, and since then, I have sent ***** follow-up emails, but I have received no response ************* this point, I am willing to return it immediately, but without any communication from their end, I am completely in the dark about where and how to return the item, and whether I will be refunded at all. Their continued silence for over 1.5 months is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.I request urgent clarification from Nomisk:Will they accept the return?What is the correct return address and process?Will I receive a refund after returning the item?Please suggest Nomisk to respond within 2 business days, or I will be forced to escalate this issue publicly on social media, consumer forums, and with relevant legal authorities.Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

    per my original submission the tracking number provided never registered for the first shipment and the company stated it appears the shipment was lost in transit. Without ever registering with the Canadian post.

    If the buyer still want to get a new delivery, we can offer a 50% discount and she may order. Or we can offer to ship the same item that was not received and it'll be free of charge.

    My husband ordered a Nomisk **** direct from the Nomisk website & was charged on 12/15/23. The charge was made to my credit card which he is an authorized user of. This was a Christmas present for me & was not actually unboxed & used until mid January. Within 2 weeks of use, the unit was not holding a charge as long as it was initially & was not getting as warm. On 2/5/24 it worked for 15 min & then stopped working & has not worked since. So it lasted about 3 weeks. I emailed Nomisk on 2/5 to discuss troubleshooting or warranty since website says 6 month warranty & 30 day satisfaction guarantee-I was uncertain if this was extended due to the holidays. I did not receive an email back so I followed up on 2/12. I received an email response on 2/12 requesting the order information. I sent a response on 2/13 with the information. I received a response on 2/13 with some questions about the issues & requesting a video of what the product was doing. I sent the **************** on 2/13. Nomisk replied on 2/13 asking if I would like to try a *************** just needed to confirm my address so they could send me one. I sent this information on 2/13. After not receiving a replacement or even an acknowledgment of my email, I sent a follow up email for the status on 2/29 & Nomisk never responded. It is now 3/18 & still no response or replacement.
