      I had my pool done over a year ago, when they finished and I gave the final payment to Howard I let him know that there was divots in the bottom of our pool from bad plastering, and the grout was falling out. He said he would send his grout guy back out. He never showed up, so we called Howard to ask him to come by so he can actually see the bad job. He said he’d be by within the week, we never saw him again. It’s 13 months later and we’re still waiting for the grout guy to stop by. Beware and spend the extra money to go with a more reputable company. Horrible customer service, zero follow up and the only time we saw Howard the owner was to sign our contract, or to pick up our installment payments. Howard helped me over the phone balancing the chemicals, but refuses to come by or stand by his crew and their work. Too bad, he came across as very sincere. My bad!
