    Wow! I can't believe these bad reviews! I would be the first to give a bad review if I were treated badly, however, I would say 90% of my drivers have been very friendly and not one has been late! I would definitely recommend this company and plan to continue using it, until I've been proven otherwise!

    Not professional and will cover up any wrong doing on their behalf not very honest, can't even count on supervisors or manager obviously I have a note not to be helped so on 3rd day of getting the run around 58yr blk women and the way I'm being dismissed it's feeling familiar ??

    i have used this service for the last two weeks three out of the six drivers have been courteous and patient and on time for pick me up to my appointments...the others have been rude blasting their radio and i had to request to lower the volume....return to my home has never been on time ....i get an estimated 45 minutes to an hour....never have i been picked up on time....2 to three hours is the waiting time and that is after calling a second time to find out when they are coming ,,,,i have read other reviews on this company and the complaints are horrible...wish someone would check on LifeTrans, Inc. I do not recommend them and plan to complain to my insurance company
