They came out on Driday to fix a leak on a joint on our well. They left the pipe lagging on the floor afterwards, leaving the piping exposed to temperatures over 100F.
On Monday our water went off totally. I called and they came round. They said that ants had got in the switch and they had cleaned them out at no charge. The water came back on. It said on for a few hours, then went off again. I called, and was told that no one was available until the following day.
The first time they came out they charged $85 to fix the leak. The second time they sent a bill for $100. This seemed strange.
I told the female that I would not pay the second bill, as there was still a problem. She was rude and said they wouldn't come to us again.
My husband, 72, is bedridden with end stage heart failure, and I am his carer, 74. We need a water supply.
I called back and said that I would pay the bill if they came the following morning. I had been to the well. There was no sign of ants.
My sin in law, a master electrician came and fried to switch the well on. He couldn't. He came prepared to kill ants. There were none.
The females father called. He was grossly arrogant towards me. He said he would personally come out the following morning , but that I should never call them again. He was totally unsympathetic to our plight. I was really upset at his rude attitude and told him what to do with himself, not something I have ever done before, buti was desperate, and they simply didn't care.
What an awful couple. I guess they only have business because there are so few in the valley

Spoke with Lindsey whose is the manager that we were sold parts and a whole new system we didn’t even need, to fix the issues of are water well. Told them exactly what the issues was and instead of fixing it sold us a whole new water well and stating it should fix the problem. A whole month later still experiencing the same problem for them to later tell us we need a different part. BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAM company will take advantage knowing what the problem is and will not solve it. To sell you more parts then you actually need.
