The manager, Bernie, contacted us to inform us the price of the work on the vehicle has gone by $8500. The original quote to complete work was $2400. The manager was defensive, argumentative and accusatory to the manufacturer and us as the vehicle owners. He claimed the manufacturer defects caused damage and now we have to pay several thousand dollars more to fix it. When we was told we don’t have that money he said “figure it out.” And sent an application to a financing company. Suggesting we open a line of credit.
After several more conversations he did offer to take off $3,000. However his attitude was still very negative and not understanding at all. When we asked if we could just come pick up the vehicle to take it elsewhere he threatened to sabotage the vehicle so we could not drive it away. He said he would remove starter on the truck if we came to get it.
He would not allow us to talk to any one else. We asked to talk to the owner and he said he would leave a message. We are still waiting to hear from them.

In March, I drove my car to Nevada Auto Diagnostics to have them fix a head gasket issue. I picked it up a week later when they supposedly fixed the problem. The head gasket was not fixed. It ended up breaking down and wouldn’t turn on with clunking noises and leaking everywhere. I had it towed back to the shop. Bernie said they were low on mechanics so it would take a while for them to repair the vehicle. I waited awhile to get my car back, but the issue wasn’t resolved, and I had to bring it back. The next 2 times I returned it had the same problem with the head gasket and the engine light was on. They never repaired the issue, when I asked them what was going on, he ignored me. He finally said it was a motor issue. I was under the impression they were going to fix it and they never did. I finally called a tow truck the day after they asked me to move my vehicle. They replaced my AAA battery lifetime warranty, with a battery that I did not agree to and when I asked for the battery back they said they didn’thave it anymore and replaced it with one of their batteries and said there was a 3 year warranty on it, it will not turn on and I had it tested and it's completely dead. They won't respond to the warranty issue. The battery is completely dead. They put 2 holes in my vehicle, one on the under carriage where the tire is rubbing on and one in my trunk so they can open the back as well because of the dead battery. I asked for a refund for not fixing my vehicle and making it worse and they basically told me no.I now have a vehicle in my garage that won't turn on or drive because they ruined it. I was guided through the church throughout this process, and they told me to reach out to BBB. I was told by BBB and BAR to file a complaint. I did and they said I had to go through Nevada, but I live in California. A lawyer through bar said I could dispute the transaction if I wanted to get my money back from it. Please help me get my refund. Thank you.

On 01/02/2023 I came into the garage to repair a sensor for my cooling fan in order to remove the engine light in order to pass a smog test later on. They gave me an empty quote paper that only said the thing they repair and told me to sign and put in your information. After that, I asked one of the mechanics there if they'd know how much it'd cost and they said "bout 250". I said alright and left the car to them.
The next day after the repairs were done, they sent me an invoice. The total they were charging me was $526.96. More than double the initial quote they gave. I called and told them they quoted me $250 and they said they said that was the minimum. However they never said minimum. They only said it'd be about $250. They then said they'd give me a 10% discount so it could be under 500$ because I was using a credit card with a 500$ limit. I then called my family mechanic over in California and he said they never gave me an invoice with the official diagnostic and official quote price for me to confirm before they started repairing which is Illegal. I researched the law in Nevada and they have the same law. "YOU have the right to receive a WRITTEN ESTIMATE of charges for repairs made to your vehicle which exceed $50. (NRS 597.510)" I told them they never gave me the written estimate before going ahead with the repair. They said "well I can remove the part" I told them they shouldn't quoted me before putting the part in. They then threatened to put a lien on the car, I threatened to report them to BBB and the consumer protections board. They then said they can take the new part out and I can pay the 250$ anyways. Meaning paying for nothing. They then said to pay the 250$ and leave and never come back. I gladly took that deal because I am never coming back anyways. They also tried to insult my family mechanic's work thinking he was the last one to work on the car when he wasn't which was quite sad. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!

This shop was given parts needed to repair an exhaust manifold on a 92' Gulfstream Ultra dropped off 5/24/22. The next two months consisted of no communication besides my calling (I have recorded conversations over the duration of these 2 months) which were filled with excuses and hostile diversion with no straight answers to my inquiries. Then without any quote, notice or signed authorization from me proceeded to tear the motor apart outsource repair and hold me accountable for that repair in order to get my RV out of there shop. Over the next two months I called weekly asking for updates, quotes, anything to understand what condition my RV was in, again met with hostility, unanswered voicemails and promised calls that never were made. I was in the dark, until the very end when ****** sent me and invoice for repairs that I not only did not approve but was completely un aware of. I paid the ***** bill and was then being told that there was another issue regarding the Catalytic converter that was not addressed but quoted to be fixed in order to run properly. The lack of communication with this business made me feel like a hostage and completely taken advantage of. I need to know that this establishment and so called business is held accountable for the lack of ethics and to prevent any other potential clientele from going through anything similar to my experience. Thank you for your time. I have all recorded conversations and payment receipts.

*************** was made aware when he dropped off the ** and signed the work authorization that work on his ** would be on an as able basis and a very low priority. In several subsequent conversations he told he could take the ** at no charge. The damage to the manifold was extensive and required outside subcontracted work. As a courtesy we provided all parts and labor at cost. After completing the repair we advised **************** that an additional problem was discovered and provided a quote to repair the additional problems. **************** declined the additional work and left.

Nevada is a two party consent state for the purposed of telephonic recordings. At no time was consent provided and should **************** have an actual recording we will report and pursue charges with the proper authorities. **************** is on a retaliatory campaign and is in danger of defamation. We will pursue our legal options if this behavior continues. As this may become a legal issue, all further communication and any documentation will be through legal council.

I am rejecting this response because: these are all lies, and I do have recorded phone calls that will help with my case in any matter, legal or with every complaint i have filed and if need be will gladly use in court. This company has taken full advantage of me and been the most un-professional establishment I have ever dealt with and the public needs to be warned.

    Sincerely,
